Subway

Quality of food is good, but service is terrible. If you look remotely like a high school student, be prepared to be dismissed. Its next to the nearby high school and they decide not to give customer service to anyone that looks young. Came in for food and they were super nice to the older gentlemen ahead of me. Thought it might have been a fluke experience, but my husband came in the next time and the same thing happened with him.

Go here for food on the cheap but don’t expect quality or even for them to have everything. They skimp on every thing.

I went to this Subway on purpose because of it’s negative reviews. I figured it couldn’t be that bad. And it wasn’t. It was clean, and quiet. There was only one sandwich maker. a nice quiet boy that I could hardly hear. My only complaint really. But he was polite, and sociable. He made my sandwich unlike any other. He carefully placed every ingredient and didn’t over due it. I like lettuce, but I don’t want a lettuce sandwich. I was extremely pleased. Getting out of the place was just as difficult of turning left out of anywhere in Seattle.

this place is horrid. it only has one star for two reasons: I can’t give less than one and it still tastes like a normal subway sandwich.
my parents live in kent and this is the most convenient subway… so I go here occasionally when I visit them and need something quick & healthy to pick up.
every. single. time. I. come. in. the person at the front counter is ridiculously lackluster or impatient. well, that’s if they’re even at the counter. once, I went in and two of the «sandwich artists» were discussing sign placement for like 3 minutes before even realizing that i was boring my increasingly impatient gaze into the back of their heads.
and leaving this parking lot is a true test of patience during any kind of busy traffic.
