The place is dirty. Crumbs all over lounge chairs and tables. And the staff is not friendly at all.

Since Unilocal keeps asking… I come back to this location so frequently because it’s located very close to my home andddd I used to work here for about year. The employees here are always really nice and go over the top for whatever accommodation a customer may need. It’s also a pretty clean store, too. Shelley stays on top of making sure the lobby is always presentable. I only give it 4 stars because I’ve had my drink messed up a few times by people who are on bar, even though the cup was written correctly. I hate being that person to have them remake my drink though, so I just take whatever they give me.

These guys have charged me twice for 1 frappé because I didn’t ask for the receipt. I found out later in my bank statement. Same store # at about 3 second apart. I guess that’s how stupid Starbucks employee collect their tips. I’m not going there ever again. I’m boycotting Starbucks.

Sloooooooow. 15 minutes in the drive lane and then a messed up order. Head inside if go there and you have lots of time, probably faster.

I really hate the traffic coming out of the drive through here. Buuuut it’s the location, not Starbucks.
The scanner always has problems with my phone, so it’s often irritating for the barista to scan my Starbucks card app, and I am frustrated for them, but I want my stars. Sorry.
They’re always friendly and I’ve been comped once for the wait in the drive through. I really appreciate that they value my time.

Staff here struggle with customer service. Other locations allow me to easily reload my gold card and use the Starbucks coupon codes without difficulty or question Staff here just stare at you like they never done that before. Such a shame.

This is a pretty standard Starbucks. The staff is friendly and my drinks have always been delicious and accurate.
The main problem with this location is the fact that there is hardly ever a parking space available. I’ve had to park illegally several times. I’d skip parking and go through the drive thru, but the line is always incredibly long (and winds through the parking lot, ugh).
I’d much rather go to the location down on Meeker. More street parking and more easily accessible in general.

Pretty decent Starbucks. I’ve been here a few times and never had a bad experience. They are pretty quick in the drive thru while staying friendly. I like how convenient this Starbucks is. Very easy to get in and out.

I am not a huge fan of Starbucks. But I will drink it when I need a cheap, quick drink & there isn’t any other drive-thru’s around. With that said, I do give stars based on the service itself, not my opinions on the taste of their coffee.
This particular Starbucks can’t seem to get their act together. When I worked near this place I visited it often (once a day for a year). I would say every 3 days or so they’d screw up my order (grande coffee light frap w/​shot of espresso). It would either be the wrong flavor (mocha/​caramel), wouldn’t be light or the espresso would be missing (more often than not, the espresso shot wasn’t added). Of course by time I know this, i’m already at work.
The drive-​thru is convenient but expect to wait almost 15 minutes at times when there’s only 3 cars in line. They are INCREDIBLY slow.
You’ll get your drink faster if you drive down to Target & visit the starbucks within the store. And your drink will have a better chance at being right.

your typical Starbucks… so if you’ve been in one you know what to expect already. this location has a drive-​thru, for those not wanting to get out of their car. there are quite a few tables with chairs but not really set up well for laptop use (no tables near outlets). only a couple «lounge» chairs so not a place to relax with your coffee. this location near a high school so weekday mornings before 8 it can get filled up with kids. also the parking in the area is a little tight (for those with large SUV’s)
