Terrible customer service. Ordered on line and received incorrect merchandise. Sent two emails to their GM John and never had a reply. Went to return the items to the Kent store and was told that I had to mail them back as the sales associate did not know what to do. No way to find out how to get a return authorization number or how to return items. Cant believe that they would send the wrong items and not let you return them to their store. To many other vape stores out there to continue to purchase from them

Wish I could give them less than 1 star. Terrible customer service! Extremely condescending and even bashed their own products! Dont waste your money. Went to another vape location where they were extremely knowledgeable and much more willing to cater to their customers.

Since my original review. I have talked to the manager and she was outstanding. Way better experience than when I went back the first time and discussed my concerns with a different employee. She took the time and listened to my concerns and was more than willing to accommodate me. She went above and actually beyond what I expected. I ended up with the flavor I had originally purchased. Today I purchased another 100 ml of that wonderful Shelby’s Mohawk e juice. Also purchased a new Mod. Thanks to Shelby and Cody(can’t forget to mention him, he was also a critical reason I can back to resolve the issues I had) I will return to the Kent store often.

The staff was very friendly, and took time to help me find a juice flavor that I liked. The prices were reasonable, and the selection was impressive. However, the juice that I purchased was terrible. Something was seriously wrong with it. It turned from clear to dark brown in my tank, and ruined my new atomizer.(I changed atomizers, so I know it wasn’t my equipment causing the problem.) It tasted burnt, and I’m positive that it didn’t contain the stated amount of nicotine. I don’t know if the employee made some sort of mistake mixing it, or if they just stock inferior juice, but I won’t be back to find out.
