Brought my black beauty 2012 Sprinter in today for a once over, brake inspection and transmission service. As a first time Sprinter owner I had a list of questions about the vehicle including maintenance planning and these guys were honest, patient and quite knowledgeable. It is well worth the arrangements to bring the vehicle down to Kent (from Seattle) for service, though I do wish they were in North Seattle :) Kollmar will be my go-​to.

These guys know their stuff! Dropped my van off for routine service at 8:00am and it was done by 10:00am. Jay was very knowledgeable and pointed out a few things that would need to be addressed in the near future. Reasonable priced and great customer service.
