Let It Reign Construction

I had a roof repair done by let it reign construction. They where quick and didn’t cost me a fortune. The guy who came out was very nice. I would recommend them to everyone.

Heavy day of rain yesterday showed a new leak in our bathroom by the end of the night. The roof was replaced a few years back and the leak was most likely coming from the same trouble spot – a skylight!
I gave my wife a few phone numbers of locals that had good reviews on Unilocal and she contacted Let it Reign this morning. A couple other companies could not come out to inspect for another day.
Doug was absolutely wonderful. He spoke with my wife and lives nearby so he came right over this morning. He checked out the problem, fixed it in a very short time and then called me to explain what he did and why the leak had started.
He told me he believed that the problem was solved, however to keep an eye on it and if it came back he would have to do a few other things. Honest, Simple and Inexpensive.
I choked when he told me the bill of $ 100.00. I could not believe it was that cheap! All he asked was to give him a call for any other roofing needs — - I WILL !!!
I checked the ceiling, shower and walls where the leak occurred since we had lots of rain this afternoon and everything appears dry.

I had a roof repair done for a leak by another contractor and after two attempts the problem was not resolved. A roofing supply company gave me several roofing contractor names they recommend and Doug was the only one that answered my inquiry quickly and even was able to give a bid the same day. He also was able to schedule the repair quickly into his schedule as a favor, because the repair needed to be completed before the closing date as the house had been sold. I think the repair was also done at a reasonable rate. While I couldn’t be present for the repairs, I was kept up to date by Doug with photos of the work being done. He also did a thorough inspection of the surrounding area for water damage, as well as provide photos of the areas inspected as proof that no further work would be needed beyond the work done on the roof. Doug has lots of experience and also does torch down work, which is not a common practice amongst many general roofing companies. If you need a new roof or repairs, I think Doug really should be your first call. In addition they also do other contracting work beyond roofing.
