Well this is the third time I have been here and been in the store with more than 3 people working and NOT ONE of them greeted me. I worked retail for years and make it a point to never buy if I am not greeted within 2 minutes. They seemed more interested in putting out stock and doing mark downs.
I might add that I was wearing capris and a tank top from this particular store.
I am very disappointed. I was going to buy over 100 dollars between new Jean capris and a sweater and t shirt…
Shame on them. I know one was the manager too…
I’m not sure if I will be back in or just order online. Very upsetting.

I love this Loft. I have yet to walk out of the store empty handed since it opened.
They always have great selection, good deals, plenty on sale and an abundance of good sizes in the petites section. Love love love the Loft!

by FAR the best location i’ve shopped in. the staff is always friendly and the parking is a breeze. i don’t have to traipse all the way through a crowded mall to get to the store. the clothes are really high quality and if you always shop the sales & use special loft card coupons, it’s not too hard on the wallet. some seasons they don’t have anything that fits me and others they have tons of stuff — just depends on the trend.

Ann Taylor loft is a great boutique that features timeless style for modern lifestyles. The versatility of each piece can easily transition from a polished outfit at work to a chic, classy, & casual outfit.
The amaaaazing sales associates at this particular location have gone above and beyond to find pieces in other store locations. They’ve also gone the extra mile & steamed my newly purchased outfits, then popped it in a garment bag for my convienence!
*Ann Taylor Loft occasionally features fabulous sales that knock off additional 30% on already discounted product, which can also be paired up with their 10% Loft credit card discounts on the first Tuesday of the month.
Can’t beat the value of these classic pieces!
