This was a cute coffee shop right at Kent Station. Briefly stopped in after a movie. It wasn’t busy for ordering drinks, but the crowd apparently loves the vibe there because there was absolutely no where to sit. Décor was cute, place was clean, service was good… Pretty average coffee.

I have been dreaming of a good tiramisu for a while now and thankfully my dreams came true today. I called them while I was still at home, to ask if they had any more tiramisu, the girl over the phone told me they had one slice left. I kindly asked them if they can save it for me and it might take me up to 30 minutes to get there depending on traffic. They said yes!!! O my! They totally made my day, no question asked and no needing me to pay over the phone or anything. It was so nice of them to make the process so easy. My family and I drove there as fast as we can and I got to eat a really delicious tiramisu. So happy. Their crème brûlée was really on point as well and their customer service was off the charts. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting desserts in the area.

The mocha and hot chocolate are great. They taste amazing. They melt real chocolate to make hot chocolate.

It’s not often that I say«we should’ve gone to Starbucks». In fact, this may be the first time ever. And I’m so, so disappointed because years ago I used to view Dilettante Mochas as amazing things. I’m sad to say, our experience here was poor. We stopped in to grab quick lattes and breakfast sandwiches, on the way elsewhere. The gal working behind the counter seemed a bit overwhelmed or lost(or maybe just too busy flirting with the guy in front of us to pay much mind?). She made my Gingerbread Latte so sweet it was undrinkable. I’m not sure how many pumps of syrup she put in, but I asked for a triple-shot 16 oz. almond milk gingerbread latte, and it tasted like pure corn syrup. My fiancé’s Caramel Mocha was also way too sweet, though drinkable because he asked for half pumps on everything. The breakfast sandwiches were flavorless and tasted stale, though I will say they stayed molten-lava-hot for about 45 minutes. I’m sad to say, I get better service, better lattes, and better microwavable breakfast foods at Starbucks, for the same price. So no more Dilettante!

Dark chocolate mochas here are always consistently great! The chocolate is always really well stirred in(not sitting in a viscous puddle at the bottom of the cup) and their syrup really works well with their coffee. Staff is friendly and helpful. What more do you need(except maybe a little bit more space…)

Just left this place, ordered a grande cappuccino. Waited until I got to Home Depot up the hill to try it because it was hot. The coffee is terrible! My cappuccino is beyond bitter! I work as a barista and wanted to try a new place but will not be coming back here. I literally just threw $ 5 in the trash… yuck!

This is a small coffee shop in the middle of Kent Station. I come here every so often when I’m in the area and in need of something hot. I do however like their hot chocolate drinks. I love dark chocolate and this is one of the few places that has an extra dark chocolate drink. It’s rated at 72%. The service is ok. You get taken care of and you’re given your order. I have never gotten bad service. It’s just that the staff do not go out of their way to give you a warm feeling when you walk in. This is the reason for my lower rating. Great little shop to purchase gift items for the chocolate lover in your life. I love looking around to see what they have.

Came in looking to get a hot coffee on a rainy fall night at Kent Station and happened to stumble across Dilettante and the two baristas Nicole and Sydney made me the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. Not to mention the amazing customer service.

This place is okay. The Mocha Mexicano was nothing like I was expecting. It was surprisingly bland and really lacked any hint of mocha or spices. Service was also okay. Really nothing memorable at all, just a girl doing her job as expected and nothing more or less. The baked goods in the case look good. I’ll give them one more chance, but I expect my mochas to actually taste like it.

This coffee shop is alright. My white chocolate americano tasted horrible. It tasted like there was more water than usual, the coffee tasted burnt, it was really bitter, couldn’t taste the white chocolate at all, and I had about 5 ice cubes, so my drink was room temperature. The only good thing about my visit was the open seat next to the window, and the blackberry muffin. Customer service isn’t great either.

I don’t know. I just didn’t feel it here. I’ve been to the one at the airport many times and they are always so friendly and helpful. When I visited this Dilettante, they kind of seemed like they wanted me to hurry up and order and move on(I was the only customer in line). Just kind of a weird, unfriendly vibe. I was hoping to have a cup of coffee and relax. I just can’t explain it. But, my coffee was okay and I guess, in the end, that’s what they’re selling me.

I got an iced mocha and it literally tasted like someone pressed a button of straight fudge in my cup. So much sugar, kind of even tasted burnt. They don’t have a lot of options.

I’ve gone to this specific Dilettante several times, each time expecting it to be better than the last. I think I’ve finally accepted they aren’t as good as they claim to be. I’ve had the white mocha, the milk chocolate mocha, and the dark chocolate mocha. I’ve found that the white mocha isn’t all that flavorful, the dark mocha is not too shabby, and the milk chocolate is probably the best out of all three, but nothing to rave about. I’ve tried their chocolates, and of course those are good… It’s chocolate, so, come on. I tried their maple bar yesterday morning and it was good(and cheap)! After work, I met my boyfriend here and he has the snickerdoodle cookie — STALE and hard. So sad. I was expecting it to be soft. :( The service is okay… Most of the time the girls here just seem really catty or like they have an attitude… So. Yeah. This place isn’t a place I could ever see myself being a regular at.

For a place that prides itself on its mocha, the signature mocha was mediocre. Not bad, it just didn’t blow my hair back. I didn’t have any treats, though, but they looked good.

They have Irish cream! NOBODYELSE has Irish cream! It’s amazing, try it. All the lil’ snacks I’ve had here have been very yummy. I like to go every once in a while for a crème brûlée. So good. The service is generally average, not bad but nothing to write home about. But it’s always clean and quick and yummy.

I love chocolate, and I love coffee, so this place is a no-brainer for me. I first tried them at seatac and fell in love with the Viennese mocha with almond milk, which the friendly barista had recommended. It’s all I ever get now. I was in the area of this one and saw the mediocre reviews and they almost persuaded me to try some place else, but I hadn’t had a Viennese in awhile so I decided to go anyway. Baristas were super friendly, smiley and attentive and moved their line quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to chocolate lovers, and I mean real chocolate, not sugary shouldn’t be called chocolate cheap white chocolate shiznat. And on a note about sweetness level, I always ask for mine a little less sweet and it’s always really tasty. I don’t feel great when I drink sugar bombs and I never have a problem with this company. Also my bf is not a big chocolate person but I always get the x-grande size because I know I will be sharing with him, he really thinks its tasty as well.

I honestly don’t understand why every time I’ve came here I’ve had a bad experience. Went in today to use my free drink punch card and the lady at the register couldn’t help or explain in much detail to save her life. We ordered two white mochas and literally when we got our drinks it was spilling everywhere and the lids were icky and dirty. And to add insult to injury our drinks tasted like milk that was heated, there were no distinct flavors at all. I really wanted to like this place but I’d much rather go to Starbucks and get something I’ll actually drink.

I stopped in tonight for the second time in two days! Last night I came in for the first time ever with a friend. I ordered whatever she had last night and didn’t care for it. However, I saw what potential Dilettante had and decided to give them another try. Holy chocolate, I’m glad I did! Best hot chocolate I’ve ever had! You can choose from 5 types of chocolate ranging from white to dark. I got the dark chocolate and it’s amazing — sweet but not too sweet, rich, and perfect on a chilly Pacific Northwest night. I shared a medium size with my fiancé and we both wish we got our own. We are seriously contemplating going back to get another. The pastries in the display case looked amazing as well — I noticed tiramisu, carrot cake, and red velvet cake. The chocolate menu can be a bit overwhelming, but I’m glad I found something I like. The coffee drinks looked good as well and I’ll be back this weekend to have coffee in the morning!

I like their white mocha and biscotti. The cappuccino could have better foam. Their desserts and pastries are beautiful. Good place to buy gifts like chocolate, candies and coffee beans.

I stop in here every timye I catch a movie at the AMC theater next door. The gals working are always friendly and they make a great mocha. Go with the Ephemere Mocha… it’s damn good. Get a slice of tiramisu while you’re at it. It ain’t cheap but it’s better than starbuck’s and worth the additional coin.
