I went in to ask about what my options are for my old iPad with a smashed screen. Staff member explained that I could have it swapped out for exactly the same thing and it would cost x amount of money… then promptly walked off and started talking to another employee about what they had for lunch. Never mind that I still had further questions, such as «How much would it be to just buy something new and updated from you today?» Not only did they lose a possible sale today, but with subpar customer service, I won’t be returning in the future. Two stars because I at least left with an answer to my first question.

Zack was awesome! My sons Mac started to expand because of the battery and Zack went right into action cleaning, fixing and replacing the battery! Forget about the Apple Store-I’m coming here from now on for my Mac fixes.

I downloaded the brand new operating system El Capitan onto my 2009 iMac, and it messed the old computer up big time. The Apple store in Tukwila does NOT service products older than 5 years, so they directed me to Simply Mac in Kent. And I am so glad that they did! Rather than fix up my old computer, they patiently showed me the wisdom of buying a new iMac, and they got me the best deal possible and walked me through every step of setting it up. I ended up getting the same price I would have paid through Apple, with BETTER service! The folks there are just as knowledgeable and more accessible. From now, on I will be going to Simply Mac. I passed by this store all the time, and I never considered going in because the«official» Apple store in Tukwila was reasonably close. Well, Simply Mac is even MORE convenient for me, and everybody that works there is very nice and very helpful. Give Simply Mac a try, and see for yourself!

I’m going on a long trip tomorrow and needed to replace my macbook pro battery. I called every Simply Mac about a replacement battery for a Mid 200913″ Macbook Pro. The Kent branch said they had one. I even asked the person on the phone twice to make sure it was a mid 200913″ battery. I drive half an hour from Seattle only to be told that he misread the label and he actually only had batteries for the 15″ Macbook Pro. Dude. come on! He offered a 10% discount on an order he’d have to place and for me to drive back there to pick it up after my trip and I’m like, that’s it? So I wasted 90 minutes of my life, not to mention gas all because someone couldn’t read the label correctly. Customers call about items so that we don’t need to make an unnecessary drive.
