If I could rate this store –5 I def would, these assh*les duped me of over $ 300AND didn’t give me the phone!!! I came in with my stepdaughter a little after store hrs(I called just before they closed telling them I’m wanting to upgrade one of my lines and get the Note 5), we got to the store and the sales rep(Jephtey) rang up the phone. I knew I had a deposit and after taxes the rep told me the total and I swiped my debit card and put in my PIN number, afterwards the screen popped up the remaining bal of the phone as if it was trying to ring me up like I was buying the phone outright! The rep grabbed the store manager(Josh) saw the screen. The screen said: Subtotal– $ 600 Payment Received– $ 341.64 Payment Balance due– $ 387.99 Josh told Jephtey to exit the screen so «he can pull it up on the other register», why he did that. I’ll never know, but after Jephtey exited the screen he was on which was in the middle of the transaction– ALLOF A SUDDENTHEYCOULDNOTPULLUPTHETRANSACTION!!! They said they couldn’t find anything under my name, any of the numbers on my acct, or the amount that I just paid that WEALLSAW I PAID! They told me to call my bank and have the transaction cancelled, I have mobile banking(Netspend) and showed them that the transaction already POSTED not PENDING on my acct. They assured me I should be able to have my bank cancel the transaction because«they have no record of the transaction that it ever happened, even though the rep. My stepdaughter, myself. ANDTHESTOREMANAGER saw the screen the rep was on before Josh had told Jephtey to exit the screen, it’s been going on two weeks now with me waiting for my bank to do the investigation as I filed a dispute against the transaction and I STILLHAVEN’T GOTTENMYMONEYBACK! Don’t ever go to this location, they will steal your money and pretend they never charged your card in the first place because oddly enough their system won’t show you ever did any transaction there at all, best believe at the first chance I get I will switch providers. FUCK T-MOBILE, and FUCKTHIS T-MOBILE STORE!!!

I really try and avoid going in this store. It’s always busy and the employees are hit and miss as far as customer service. Would it kill to smile and seem at all interested in your job? Poor recent experience updating my account with a new phone where the store employee set up the new phone with the wrong family member phone number thereby cancelling service on another family member’s phone. This was after two other mistakes and having to go back to the store once already. She tells me to swap out the SIM card to get the other phone number back — really? Says«you won’t lose any information. SIM cards now only store phone numbers and nothing else.» Wow…

This is a great place to buy a new phone check a plan out pay phone bills and check out new and exciting accessories but one thing is and that i have noticed is that the store associates are rude and disrespectful. They will mean mug you and then when you ask the m what they are looking at they will deny it. They don’t treat there customers nicely at this location at all. I don’t like it. Anyone have a similiar experience here?

As you can see by the other reviews this place is poorly managed, with the help of dishonest employees. I recently switched my lines over and was help by Pavel. I was promised I would receive $ 300 credits for switching over. The manager and business rep also gave the okay. After 2 months I didn’t receive any credits so I contacted Pavel. He claimed that he tried calling me and that he didn’t make any promises even though he did otherwise why would I switch. He then told me to go to the store since he no longer worked for T-mobile and his business manager was no longer related to his work. I stop by the store what a surprise they tell me no notes were ever put on my account for credits, and Pavel still works for t-mobile just another store. They do absolutely nothing for me except direct me to go to the new store Pavel works at where they want me to waste more time and head there. Save yourself time and money and go to an authorized dealer or another company that actually doesn’t sell lies.

The sales reps at this location are very dishonest and try to make promotions seem better than they are. One recently tried to sign me up for the new jump promotion and led me to believe that it was a free promotion that you get just for being with t mobile. I like T Mobile just not this location.

These sales reps are thieves. They fill your head with lies and broken promises. I seriously think the motto of this store is,“It’ll all be credited to your account.” Kaelyn and Aaron(the reps) really excel at saying that. I beg whomever is reading this to NOT sign up for the switch to T-Mobile and let them pay for your early termination fee offer bs. It’s all a load of crap. Just remember, if it’s too good to be true, it is. There’s always a catch. They deserve zero stars, but you get one star by default! Woohoo… high five in the face, Kent Tmobile!

Great customer service at this store! Sean explained their phone plans in good detail, answered all my questions, set up my blue tooth and helped fill out paperwork for the warranty on my new phone. I wanted to give them a 5-star but one of the associates sent me home without activitating my sim card. I was busy over the weekend traveling with no time to figure out why my phone wasn’t working until Monday.
