I’m building a new home and my construction consultant recommended Joe at Magellan Insulation. If you have ever built a home, finding competent, responsive contractors is pretty much impossible. Not in this case.
Joe and his team were fantastic right from quotation to completion.
On time, on budget, hard working and straight up professional. One of the few trades that I wholeheartedly recommend!

I was recommended Joe with Magellan Insulation by a friend of mine. I needed
Our crawlspace done and I was originally going to do it myself. I priced out the price of new insulation and vapor barrier from Home Depot and the materials alone were

I received several bids from different insulation contractors up to $ 3500
Magellan insulation came in at $ 1450 including materials and tax! (Remember that’s for my crawl space and I have a small crawlspace)
I scheduled the work and they got it done in a couple of hours. I can sleep in my crawl space that’s how nice and clean it is now!
Joe was very responsive and kind. The installers were very hard workers and did an awesome job.
