I always get my coffee here for $ 1. The staff are pretty nice most of the time.

This place is awful i can’t believe what happened to my boyfriend. He stopped in here for a snack and to you use the restroom. He went into the bathroom first and a guy claiming to be a manager comes banging on the door demanding he come out or he would call the cops. Just as he was reliving himself. My boyfriend was confused and embarrassed as he was in the middle of using the restroom. the guy continued to bang on the door till my boyfriend was able to come out. He even had the nerve to do a count down saying in 2 mins the cops would be there. The guy stated that he thought my boyfriend was using drugs… OMG what!!! That made no since he just walked in there. In no way does he appear to be strung out on drugs. If anything he had in his system was some cold medicine. Who does that? What kind of place would do this? He was in there for a few moments. It was embarrassing. After he came out the guy who identified himself as a manager apologized but that is far to late. This was no appropriate. How does someone come out of a stall in what should be a private moment to face a strange man demanding you come out to prove you are not on drugs. Needless to say we will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I will be sending a note to their corporate office.

Really wish they would keep the area cleaner at this restaurant always have garbage around the outside and outside trash cans are full

This McDonalds always messes up my orders. Either forgetting a sauce or a burger that was paid for. I called once about my order being wrong and I had until the next day to stop in and they would provide me with what was missing. Thanks but no thanks. I’m not sure why quality doesn’t apply anymore.

I can not tell you how many times I’ve called and claimed about the unsweetened iced tea at this McDonalds. They use the same coffee filters for iced tea. it makes the ice tea taste like coffee it’s disgusting. I have thrown away so many iced teas and called and complained and nothing is done. Everybody at my office skips this McDonalds we drive all the way to the one on Kent-​Kangly.

How can McDonald’s have a child’s play area with a bathroom with no toilet paper on a large 2 roll box and no soap in a children’s bathroom around food? This is a health disaster, notifying the staff did not get any service either. That being said the bathroom was clean.

If i could give a 0 star review i would. This is the WORST McDonalds in kent! We get oreo mcflurries at a different kent Mcdonalds every time but today this one was the closest one. When we recieved the oreo mcflurries there was less than half a cup full in each one. When we asked them to remake it they just filled a whole cup of vannila ice cream with no oreo sprinkles and handed them to us in the most rudest way. No apology or anything. Are they rationing their oreo mcflurry at this mcdonalds or what? Everytime we come to this one to get oreo Mcflurries (which is about every 3 months) they can’t fill up the cup to even the half way mark and we always get HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DON’T GO HERE!!!

The Big Macs should be renamed Small Macs… no wonder they sell ‘em 2 for $ 5, these 500 calorie sandwiches are way too small by itself. The drink and fries are $ 2.89 extra, so be prepared for a like $ 10 bill with tax for hardly any meat.

This is part of a Gas Station but has most of the products McDonalds offers. It is not in the best neighborhood at night and while we were there we experienced a loud verbal argument between customers and staff. Not dangerous — just concerning.
The seats need to be fixed — the one we sat at was ripped in a few places. Not the cleanest McDonalds we ever visited.
We had no issues with the staff and the gentlemen who helped us were nice and courteous — as was the person who was the apparent young manager. The food was typical McDonalds — OK. I had the Bacon Ranch salad and it was good — plus they carried my Low Fat Italian dressing.

2 stars for play place. Minus 2 for the worker not wearing gloves eating cheese off the burger. Minus 1 star for the homeless guy who bummed my fries off me and then sat on the slide to eat them.

This McDonalds drive thru will screw your order up so many times that it becomes a habit that you become the checker of your own food. So there are two drive thru windows. First window you pay for your order. Second window is the person that gives you your completed order and checks to make sure your food is all there in the bag («the checker»). The checker is pretty much pointless at this specific McDonalds. Twice, I got screwed in the past (my fault for not checking closely) with missing items in my bag. i.e. french fries, apple pies, etc. Keeping that in mind, I went up the drive thru window today and I got my order. Was still waiting since the gal didn’t give me my son’s dipped cone. She asked what I was waiting for and I told her. Her reply was, «Well, we sold out of it.» Okay… so I asked for my money back or a sundae and she refused to give me one. It wasn’t until her fellow employee heard what was going on and handed me a sundae.
So beware, check your food before you leave this place!

Lots of teenagers at this location who are «half-​working».
I’ve experienced better McDonalds in terms of customer service. The food tastes like McDonalds.

Do not come here if you’re in a hurry, every time it takes 10 plus minutes to get my food through the dive through and they never get my order correct

Don’t be in a hurry when going there u will be late. They never have the simple items ready. like hashbrowns on a Saturday morning duh u are gonna be busy have plenty ready. morons

I wonder when the last time the play place was cleaned… it is kinda gross here. I’m here on a Weds morning there is only one other parent here with their kid. There is no excuse for the trash on the ground and dirt & dust gathered in the corners of the steps. Too bad it is the only place around I know of to take kids to play indoors.

If it was possible, I would rate it with NO stars at all. We were here tonight around 9:15pm. While we were waiting for our food at the drive thru window, we saw one of the female employees (looked around 50 years old and maybe mexican) pouring a shake (strawberry?) into the McDonald’s cup. She tried putting the remaining little amount into the cup by banging it on the side, then she USED HER HAND TO SCOOP THE REMAINING INTO THE CUP AND LICKED HER FINGERS!!!
When my husband told the female employee (looked around 40 years old and white) when she came back to the drive thru window, she said, «I doubt that that happened.» WTF!!! Why would we lie about that? Why would my husband, who was in his CHEF UNIFORM so obviously he knows all about hygiene and correct food sanitation practices, lie about that? You know she’s not gonna do anything about it. Going to report this as soon as I’m done with the review. I hope that Mcdonald’s FIRES BOTH of the employees, or at least fires the employee that did that and give a stern talking to the employee that thought we were lying.

It’s your typical Mc Donald’s food. The location is pretty good. It’s connected to a Chevron. Nice to go get a quick bite to eat and then hit the mini mart to get your energy drink before getting back on the road.

Near perfect track record of great friendly service for me. Very convenient location for me, especially with having a connected Chevron gas station with convenience store.

You almost spared yourself this review — I would have let you slip my hook if you’d gotten just 1 order right, but sadly, even that you couldn’t manage.
I don’t expect much from you — just fast, hot food that isn’t obviously stale & delivered according to my order. You have completely failed on several occasions. I used to go to McDonalds when I was craving cheap french fries or those little fruit pies you hawk. No more — «McChevron».
More than once you have screwed me. I get cold, greasy, flacid fries or warm stale ones. Sometimes you give me a cheeseburger, instead of my pies. Sometimes, like that last time, you give me an expired pie… Really? Are your employees inhaling the gas fumes?
I didn’t expect much, but I got nothing — from now on, you no longer get my business…
