The food was tasty. Pretty average for a Subway I guess. The service was bare minimum. Not a single word more then necessary to make our order. Not even a smile. A single smile might have earned another star. The store is very clean and well maintained, and it is very conveniently located near our apartment complex and many others. So if you’re in a bad mood and don’t feel like talking to someone or risking someone trying to talk to you and just need a quickly made average sandwich at average price… this place is for you!

Service is terrible! They don’t have any patience at all. When they ask what you want you can barely hear them. They give you attitude when they put the wrong ingredients.

The service is awful. The people barely speak english and ignore you after you order. They talk amongst themselves in their own language like the customers don’t matter. The location is ghetto as well; not a good place to go after dark.

It’s a Subway. Great taste. Clean. Reasonably-​priced.
The variables? The service and the sandwich assembly. Lousy!
I was barely greeted and the lady making my sandwich was clearly not having a good sandwich artist day.
When I got home to enjoy my sandwich, half of it was squished and falling apart. (And no, I didn’t toss it into the car, stop short, or do anything else that would otherwise compromise the treasured food!)
Thanks, thanks a lot, Subway, for reminding me at yet ANOTHER location why I am glad that I don’t live in Kent anymore.
