I went to this location the other day and not only did they misquote the price and then tried to charge me for more than what was quoted. But then when I went in the guy took care of the labor charge and still had me pay more than what was quoted which was 350 plus tax. Then he makes a comment that mistakes happen and tried to make me feel guilty by telling me he would just take it out of the guys check. How unproffesional. I get my keys and I get in my car and start driving. My car reeks of cigarettes as if someone had been smoking in the shop. I’ve rolled the windows down blasted the air and can’t get the smell to go away. You guys have officially made this the worst experience ever. If you ever want my business again someone needs to get the smell out of my car.

My rear brakes started grinding pretty quickly with no warning. I contacted Ryan at Kent Midas, explained the situation over the phone and he said come on in right now. He had the parts waiting for me when I arrived. He had the issue diagnosed and fixed within an hour and had me on my way. This is the best auto repair service I’ve ever received, both for quality of work and customer service. I will be sending my vehicle to this location for all my basic needs from here on out.

I went in today with a broken tail-​light. We originally thought the cost was going to be a little higher since they were special bulbs but they found it was an easy fix and only charged me a fraction of what was originally quoted. They could have hosed me but didn’t. Honest car repair! Thank you!

My muffler kind of broke in half… Not sure how to explain it, but the pieces needed to be connected. I came here, and they told me it would be a few hours as they were working in other cars, but he got me done way quicker than expected and fixed my problem that day! So far so good.

Take the drive to Lynwood to Brakes For Less.
the calipers, rotors, and front brakes on my husband’s Chevy 1500 didn’t even last 3 years. $ 900 we paid. Lifetime parts? What a joke. The parts were less than $ 200 of the price!
When they started acting rough we learned that they had blown through the warning track and everything needed replacing (AGAIN!!) and the price would be $ 600 for labor.
I hit Unilocal… found Brian up in Lynnwood and we made the trek… it was well with the $ 250 saving.
