No doubt they have some great staff members, but just not enough. My kids came home with incident reports on a weekly basis, and no matter how much we love some of their teachers safety is the most important issue. We have been with a new, smaller daycare now for about 2 months, not a single scratch on my babies. Although kindercare didn’t work out for us when my kids went into the toddler class, they have an awesome infant room.
