Simon was such a great help!!! Great price!!! We tried other places for repairs to our iphones and the customer service was horrible!!! I will recommend this place to all my friends and family :-)

I came here after trying to get my sim cut to a nano at one of those kiosk at south center.
Those guys were trying to charge me $ 5 for them to clip my card which would only take like five seconds and didn’t give me a guarantee that it would work.
Staff here was nice, they gave me the same warnings but they did it for free. They have a wide selection of non contract phones and I’ve bought a iPhone 5 here a few years back and it still works perfectly.
They also have a whole bunch of phone Accessories and cables, mainly iPhones but they have whatever the latest galaxy phone is in season as well.

Got my phone replaced today thining maybe they had a defective screen mistakes happen nope now my screen is sepereating from the iPhone i will be comming back for a refund and will be disputing with my bank and bbb if i have any problems

Came in to just ReUp for Simple Mobile. Thinking it would be in and out. Paid for the plan and ran my debit card, turned phone on and off… wait…waiting.still waiting.
I stayed in the shop trying to troubleshoot my own phone and the guy who was helping me… Vinh I believe was the name, decided to provide customer service and did the same thing I did and told me that my phone might be locked. Locked? I been using my phone for a year and had no issues until I come here. If it’s locked… no problem I can pay to have that unlocked. But unfortunately they don’t do that here, this was after Vinh’s coworker was helping a customer next to me and asked if they wanted to unlock their phone.
I’m pissed, I just want my money back. I’m just irritated so I go home – cool off. I call their store in about an hour to ask if I can speak to Vinh or the manager to get this resolved and hopefully get my money back. She tells me «no one’s here today just me.» Oh… really. I called my bank to cancel the payment and have this disputed.
Poor service and no honesty. Better off going elsewhere.

Fast, easy, cheap. This is place is great with iPhones, they fixed my battery problem in about 30 mins and it was very affordable and the workers are courteous.

I called this place and asked how much it would cost to get the backpiece fixed on my iphone and they said it would be $ 20, not a week later I called again and they bumped the price up to $ 30. I asked why is it $ 30 now? The guy said «well, we’re always changing up our prices» Um excuse me? And when I get there the technician is not even there and said it will take 2 hours for it to get fixed. No thanks! This place is a ripoff. Poor service. Messy and very unprofessional. They buy your phone for cheap and sell theirs for ridiculous expensive prices. Thats probably the reason why their store looks like crap because they are not making enough money. Better off looking for a phone on craigslist!

There is poor service, there is worst service and there is Next Cellection service. The guy that tried to provide me a service installed a wrong operating system and mixed my iphone with someone elses … and i had to drive back 30mts the next day to pick my original phone. You are better off finding another repair shop, honestly.

These guys are great! Good service very nice and they always seem to be eating good food when working. Cheap phones without contract restrictions and also cheap accessories. Who said you can’t get the best of both worlds with cheap prices and good quality products!

Best place to get your iPhone screen fixed. Wayyyy more cost effective then taking it to Apple. Also, if you’re in need of a new phone and want to get rid of your old one, this is the place to go! I’ve purchased my last few iPhones from here and they would buy my old phones back. Not only do they carry cell phones but some other electronic items too. I was able to buy a lightly used iPad mini from here for work and I’m so happy that I saved soOoOoo much money.
The guys that work here are very helpful and friendly. It’s a one stop shop… Get your phone, phone accessories and repairs from here! You won’t be disappointed. I always leave the shop as a happy satisfied customer!

They posted ads on Craigslist saying they will buy ANY IPHONE ANY CARRIER ANY MODEL AS LONG AS ITS A IPHONE, so why do i call and ask how much they can give for my sprint iPhone and they said they can’t do anything about those… Hmmm do anything to grab people’s attention and lie?
