worst customer service i have ever seen. asked worker if they can look at my part and see if its the right one and what i should order. the lady said its not there priority to do so so i went across the street to Auto zone and they came out to look and i purchased the right part from them. WILL NEVER SHOP AT OREILLYS.

I’m pretty torn about this O’Reillys. I come here because I like the fact that they don’t treat me different because I’m a woman, which the competition always does. I really hate the service though. While it’s friendly enough, it’s snail paced.
If I need something and don’t want to wait for Amazon, this place is good enough.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Go across the street to Auto Zone, trust me! Worst service I have ever had! The guys over at Auto Zone are so nice and super fast at helping you find what you need!

I usually get great service at this chain but the Kent store was vary different. I just needed some wiper blades. it started raining and the rubber split on mine. I couldn’t figure out how to get them off of my truck so I went inside to ask if someone could assist me. The guy rolled his eyes and said, «There is nobody available to help you» There were at least 3 guys on the registers and one in the back as well. I offered to wait and he said, «I need to ring up the next customer in line maam.» When I asked again after the line was empty, he repeated that nobody could assist me with that. Hmmpf. I wont be back, I will go to the Covington store where I get great service 99% of the time.

I get dragged to this O’Reilly’s location all the time by my boyfriend. He is constantly working on his Jeep and needs parts, tools, etc. I haven’t ever bought anything at this location, but I have been here enough times to know the staff is awesome (very helpful and friendly), they have a good selection of items (they always have what we are looking for), and the location is great (very close to our house).
The parking lot is a little awkward to get in and out of, but it is manageable.
