We were unaware our loved one was sent to a different funeral home until our meeting with Ian. As we realized this while sitting down with him and trying to figure out the mix up with making a phone call, he kicked us out without an opportunity to figure our options. We’re going through a lot during this time of bereavement than to have the insensitivity of a person who should have been more compassionate in this line of work. I will NEVER recommend IAN specifically.
As a business owner myself, I would never allow my staff to treat anyone calling or coming through our doors.
