Watch out, they pulled a Comcast special on me and increased rates at free will after I’ve been paying for 6 months. Rate went up around $ 40-$ 45 a month and basically was told the same old same old, we have a few number of units available and corporate increased pricing, blah blah blah. Disappointing, will be looking to take my business elsewhere. What happened to integrity in the business world, it’s a shame because I was looking to keep this as a long term unit as well. Also had setup auto pay and the last month it said my card wouldn’t process so I manually processed (with the same card and it worked just fine), what I wasn’t made aware of is that the autopay cancels and this month I was hit with almost $ 40 in late fees with no concession of waiving this. Got the run around and was told that nothing could be done about this. No empowerment to make decisions to retain customers and needless to say I am quite disappointed and will be looking elsewhere.

I hate being in flux when it comes to where I live and how to manage all of my personal belongings. But Joyce and her facility make that transition much easier. She made the process very simple and got me set up with a storage unit in short order. Joyce took the time to show me all the ins and outs of the facility upon getting all my paperwork filled out. The fact that the facility is secured (passcode on each elevator/door) and climate controlled gives me the peace of mind knowing that I don’t have to worry about the safety and security of my belongings. Overall, I’ve been extremely happy with the decision to rent from Joyce and Public Storage.

Amazing A++ customer service from the manager Joyce. She is knowledgeable about every transaction, kind, and had no issues processing our unit upgrade. We have had no problems using Public Storage as our climate controlled storage provider.

Using a storage locker is not usually an experience that brings a smile to your face, but it might, if you use this location. I had no problems. Everything was well kept and well explained when I opened my account.
The best thing about this place is Joyce, the manager. She is on top of things in a way that 99% of people are not. It is very clear that she takes pride in her work and enjoys what she does. If you store your stuff here, you will look forward to seeing when you return to get your stuff. The world needs more people like Joyce!

Kim S. was very helpful. I had a terrible experience with a different public storage location and Kim S. reassured me that I would be treated as a valuable customer. She guided me through the process and made sure I had a better experience that I did at the other location. She single handedly restored my faith in public storage. I was literally about to take my business elsewhere when she stepped up and made it happen.
