Great employee, craptastic company. The room rate got huge increases each year, which made it very easy to find one for less money. Reggie the employee was very helpful, but the high prices, mediocre room quality, and inconsistent gate controls make it hard to recommend this place.

I was extremely happy with our storage unit, they were very clean and well lit. But I was completely impressed with the customer service we received from Reggie, not only is he an extremely intelligent person, he was professional, knowledgeable, humorous (my husband and I both love talking to him), he always has a smile on his face, and an hello as you walk through the door. I would not only recommend this Public Storage, but I would definitely store my items here again. Thank you for running a successful business and for hiring exceptional people like Reggie, kudos to you Reggie, very deserving. Thank you.

Recently we found ourselves having a bit of a situation where we had to be out of one house prior to being able to move into the next. It was a stress filled time. Once we decided a plan of action, the hunt was on for a storage site. After visiting a few storage locations we finally settled on this public storage site. Reggie helped us figure out what size we would need and took the time to show us the different units, just to make sure that we wouldn’t be getting more than what we needed. He was professionally pleasant and never once acted like we were imposing on his time. We ended up getting what we needed and didn’t have to pay the extra money we thought we would for a bigger size. Now that we’ve managed to get everything out of storage and into the new place, we checked out of the unit with no hassles, no hidden costs and again, with Reggie assisting us with a smile! Hats off to Reggie!!!

We were very impressed by both the facility quality and the excellent customer service. Reggie is a wonderful manager and was extremely helpful to us, often taking time out of his day to come down and help us and provide us with tools for moving. The unit itself was clean and spacious, we had no problems with anything during our rental. Reggie was very fair and helped us get some money back for a month that we did not end up using. Often times with a larger company, individual managers fall back on the «its company policy» reasoning for not being able to make exceptions for a client. Reggie, however, did not do this. He treated us like individuals and helped us out for our specific situation. All in all, I will always store with public storage, preferably with Reggie in Kent. Thanks for everything!

This is the second time I have used this Public Storage site and am excited I was able to score a space again this year for my Subaru. The first time I used this site was in 2012 and it was an excellent experience largely due to the helpfulness and knowledge of the manager, Reggie. Whether on the phone or in person, Reggie instilled in me a since of confidence that allowed me to feel very comfortable with the accommodations he provided for my car. I was very glad that he was still working here as my decision to seek out this particular location had a lot to do with the chance to work with such an excellent member of you staff again. Reggie’s professional and personable nature is a great asset to this Public Storage location.

The facilities were super clean and well maintained, the whole process/​agreement was thoroughly explained to me by the manager, Reggie, who was an absolute joy. This was my first time doing any of this, I’m a student in the Seattle area, and the whole process went very smoothly. I rented a unit for a little over a year and never had any issues. Plus it’s inexpensive and easy to find.
Reggie is a very hardworking man and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and everything was ok with my unit. He’s a trustworthy guy and you won’t have any issues with him.

As a general rule of thumb most people judge a public storage by three things.
1. The prices
2. The convenience
3. The customer service
I ended up needing Public Storage because I had to move. Reggie who you’ll generally find around the place on a regular basis tries his hardest to meet his customers needs in a very professional manner, & with a great attitude. I found him to be very knowledgeable at knowing what my storage size needs were.
The prices & gate hours for access are reasonable too. I’ll definitely be paying my storage bill on time. I’m not trying to have my items end up in an episode of Auction Hunters.
