Other than missing the people twice at public storage when I came to rent and having to wait 20 mins for them to get back. Tina was very nice and professional. I was in a rush and she made things go by quick and smooth so that I was out of there in a timely manner.

Rented this place rather last minute when I realized that I was going to be purchasing a house a bit quicker than I expected and moving things into my friend’s basement was going to be a massive pain… especially if it meant moving them all back out in about a month! Calling around I found a lot of different prices for drive up units but with a piano and a bunch of heavy furniture from staging my previous home I didn’t want to do anything with an elevator. This storage facility was inexpensive and had exactly what I was looking for. I kept the place for one day over a month and there wasn’t any problem with this… they charged me the day prorated rate and that was all. Total pleasure renting from these folks. I don’t suspect I’d need to do it again in this location but if I did I’d definitely choose this public storage location again.

Tina and Sophie are nice folks and very friendly. The location is very convenient to get to and right off the freeway.
