Very slow service. Took 40 minutes to get food and waiter didn’t once come by the table in that time. Also they said they couldn’t seat is in one half of the restaurant. By the time I left they were allowing people seating in the section I requested, even though the section I sat at had many free tables.

I am a fan of Shari’s. Ordered the strawberry pancakes. First they forgot silverware which was quickly remedied. But my eggs came out cold. That was a turn off. Figure it was an off saturday. The prices cant be beat, and its a value if you bring the whole family.

Great pies, super friendly service! I came over to buy a pie after being disappointed with the new Pie Lab… the woman behind the counter was super friendly and the lemon meringue pie I bought was awesome. :)

Service is subpar. And is extremely slow. They clearly don’t care about the customer.

This Sharis has the worst staff ever. Nobody here knows what«indoor voices» are or what decent dining ambiance is or should be. When we walked in, the lady ignored us until she saw a coworker she could yell at to get us seated. While we were in there, this same waitress kept having«small talk» with all her coworkers(no problem there), but her voice only seems to have 1 level — LOUDASF. She kept yelling! To the point that we started to think she might actually be deaf. There was a party of about 6 younger males who kept laughing hysterically, yelling and hollering. Instead of asking them to lower their voices, the waitresses were more so competing with the noise. Other customers slowly started leaving. I got a few sips of my Coke down and ordered my pie to-go. Trying to leave was also a task, trying to find a waitress. This place is just annoying, bottom line. I’ll drive to a different Sharis next time, for sure. My pie is delicious but my head hurts. Eh.

The restaurant was not busy at all, but we stood waiting to be seated for ten minutes. I was there with my family, and I was in a hurry to get to work. Our server — I didn’t catch her name — put my order in right away so it would get started. That was nice of her at least. We observed the staff while we waited for our food, and they clearly had no sense of urgency. They walked at a very relaxed pace and stopped now and then to chit chat. I say this is okay to do if there are only, say, less than five tables occupied. As soon as my plate arrived, I asked for a box, which she quickly supplied. She also gave me a freshly filled to go cup for my drink, which was nice of her and I appreciated it. The food was very salty though, and my family said that their dishes were too salty as well. If you have a healthy heart and have time for very slow service, this place is fine. Unfortunately, that’s not acceptable for most of the population.

I have been going here for years. Today, me and my fiancé got breakfast. First, we tried calling in our pickup order only to have NOONE answer all 5 times we called. So we go in to order. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with tomatoes(which I have every time I go). The girl taking the orders informed me «she doesn’t know how to do that.» So instead of asking someone how they can put on tomatoes, she simply omitted it from my order. Anyways, once we finally got our food, everything tasted TERRIBLE. The fries were moist, unsalted and overall tasted horrible. My sandwich still had cold, unmelted bagged shredded cheese inside. My fiancé’s food, which is usually a hangover’s best friend, was awful as well(he says). Needless to say, this once avid Sherrys goer will not be returning.

The strawberry lemonade and pecan pie was very good. Nachos looked good, but the chips were a bit stale and the pulled pork, was. Bit cold. The cheese was not melted at the bottom. I recommend the pie, and choosing a different entrée, the nachos were a 1.5÷5.

New remodel is actually really nice. Menu is huge so we know where this is going… Lots of options, lots of subpar quality. Service was decent but extremely slow. It took a while to get our orders, food, and check. My friend and I got nachos and the chips were stale, and half of it was crumbs. Almost as if they gave us the bottom of an old bag. We didn’t even finish it, and we were slightly offended they’d serve stale chips to us. We also got the pick 4 appetizer platter, which we also didn’t finish, but was a little better than the nachos because they came out super hot. I love the pie shakes here! Didn’t have the best experience but I didn’t expect much anyway. I don’t think I care enough to try any more from the menu since we had to wait so long for stale chips. Yikes. Oh! Might I add, my friend caught chefs in the kitchen eating fries while cooking. I get taste testing… But… They’re fries… Double yikes.

I’ve visited here twice now. The first time, my order was wrong. I asked them to look at it as I got a veggie patty instead of a turkey patty. They told me I had a turkey patty. Called the manager who confirmed I had a veggie patty. :-( Second time here, our order took 45min, we weren’t checked upon and were never offered water. When I spoke with the waitress, she got curt and I could tell that I was no longer welcome here. I do not recommend this location.

Went in to Shari for a piece of pie this morning. Greeted at the door to seat us. Then left us at the front door for 10min and never seated us. Ended up leaving

The food is very good. The service is not very good at all. Every time we visit, there is a fifteen to thirty minute wait. It happens even during off peak times. It appears they do not have table bussers, even during busy times. While it may save some money, people walk in and out when they see how many people are waiting so they are losing business. Many people leave after their meals but you just sit and wait because waitresses have to take care of customers and clean tables. I have begun looking for a different breakfast place. Hopefully local and not a chain cutting corners for small cost savings. The food is not a deal by any means so waiting every time is not worth it.

I usually love Sharis in general. But when we visited this place in April we ordered our food at 8.45pm and didn’t get it till 10! We should have walked out, but instead had it placed in to-go bags. Since then the location has been remolded, but I am waiting for a decent review to Pop up here before I try it again.

We usually enjoy going to Sharis but last nights experience was AWFUL! I took my boys out for a late night dinner and to see the new remodeling, which was the only nice thing about our visit. The restaurant was fairly empty and after the manager asked how many people we had he then told us to sit and wait as he went to speak to other customers. The other waitresses walked by without a greeting or anything. After 15 min I finally asked if we could be seated only to be followed by an eyeroll and attitude from the manager. It took 30 min for the food and it was terrible. The burgers were burnt and rubbery, clam chowder was runny, and the lemonade was bitter. I wanted to send it all back but my boys were very hungry by this point. There were even ants on the table! To think they charge more $$ for their burgers than Red Robin! Disgrace! Our waitress also charged us for 3 burgers instead of only 2 and changed it without a sorry or asking us how our food was. She dropped off the food and left until it was time for the bill. I will not go to Sharis ever again. Sure the remodel made the restaurant look very nice inside and out but it’s pointless if they have cruddy employees!

With a craving for homestyle homecooked food, my girlfriend and I headed to Shari’s. As many times as I’ve passed it, its always seemed that sort of place. Walking in, the atmosphere feels that way, but that’s where it ended. She ordered a Pepsi with lemon, I got an Arnold Palmer. They forgot her lemon and mine tasted more like a lemonade. The pick-four appetizer was generic frozen fried stuff re-heated. She got a pick-three lunch combo, and they forgot her dressing from the side, and the bowls that the dressing and the soup were in? The contents weren’t cleanly placed in the dish and had dribbles of food leading into the bowl. I know its a small thing, and I don’t expect a 5-star white shirt/black tie experience when I go out to eat, but at least keep the dish clean and present it well. Mine was a blackened salmon caesar salad. My salmon was only barely warmed through, not blackened in the slightest. And it wasn’t really seasoned that well either. Service was friendly, can’t knock them on that, but for the food? Could have gotten the same thing elsewhere for less and a lot better tasting…

Took our name with no thought of telling us how long we might wait. Seated after about eight minutes. My family of five included our five month old who we put in a sling next to table blocking half the aisle. After five minutes not even a greeting from our waitress. Ten minutes later a three top seated across from us. A few minutes later the three top were ordering food and still not even a greeting! Fifteen minutes after we were seated not even a hello and we were out the door. Ridiculous! I really wanted to take home a pie, more lost revenue. This really doesn’t even deserve a star but because of the shortcomings of the Unilocal app I HAVE to give it one star.

Thank God that Shari’s is not a popular restaurant. One could justify the necessity of the Holocaust more easily than the thought of more people being suckered into eating at this pile of rotting horse crap of a restaurant. Honestly sweaty employees, over 30 minutes spent waiting to get seated in a nearly empty building. The plate I got my shitty rubber nacos in was dirtier than a public restroom in mexico. Who pays these inbreds? A chef who seems to only be able to microwave things. Screw Shari. You whore.

Hubby and I came in at 8:00 on a Sunday. Stood around for 10 minutes, no one even said hi to us. We left. Too bad this place sucked. It was really close to our house.

Our waitress CORNELL was freakin’ AMAZING!!! Matter of fact she always is. I feel like the reason why I need to even write this review is because of how amazing she is. I only come here about once or twice a month, but when I do she’s always my waitress and trust me, she never fails. My boyfriend and I ordered the Eggs Benedict and she knew we were sharing so she split our orders in half and put them on seperate plates for us so we didn’t have to share it on one plate. How sweet of her! ps: CHEERSFORLEMONMERINGUEPIE!!!
