Shred-it

I would give them a 0 if that was possible. After speaking with Yvonne on a Monday, I was told just some quick paperwork and we can get it done this Thursday or Friday. Sounded great. She did not send the paperwork. I had to call back twice. I faxed it over within an hour. Did not hear back for a day. I called back again. This time I signed, scanned and emailed it. I called back after not hearing anything on Monday. She said she did not receive it. I sent it while we were talking and she said she got it. She also found the previous email. She said she would get it on the schedule.
Later that Monday, I got a call from Laura letting me know that I was on the schedule for next Thursday. Did not provide a date. I called back and asked if there was a time. They could not provide one, but said I could call back the morning of the pick up. I called this morning (thursday) and they said I was not on the until next week.
At this point, I have made over 10 calls. They have no idea what they are doing in the office. I canceled my appointment. I don’t think that they cared much.

After a month of emailing back and forth pricing and contracts, we now have 2 bins in our office. Ken the driver was really nice and helpful. I am excited to try this new adventure in our office.
