Good neighborhood family restaraunt, they were remodeling but fb has them listed as closed.

I came here with my friend on 9⁄26 at her suggestion. We found that it is closed down for remodeling. The note didn’t state when they will reopen.

The meat was tough and for the most part over cooked. The hummus was over spiced. The tzatziki(sp?) was watery. The bread was a bit rubbery but that could have been because we ordered to go. The baklava was average, on par with Costco baklava. I MIGHT give them another chance in person, but I highly doubt that I would ever order to go again. It’s hard to tell what was poor preparation and during the 20 min it took to get back to Fed Way. I kind of wished I’d put more faith in the reviews that state the place has gone downhill a bit. Bottom line: $ greek food for $$ price… «Meh»

I have been eating Greek since I was a kid and this place is one of the best I have ever had! I went there around 1PM on a Tue and there were only two other people there the girl serving was really nice and helpful. I had the lunch special of the Gyro and Greek salad. The food came out quick and the meat O the meat it was so moist and flavorful no prepackaged stuff here home made for sure! The potato’s were fried perfect and seasoned well. The salad was so fresh and everything was really good. I can’t wait to go back it was $ 10 for lunch but a normal person would have split the mean it two it was very large. Great job Spiro’s

I’m not a huge fan of Greek food in general, but this place is just okay. I have only tried their normal gyro for lunch, they smother it with the dressing on top so the pita on the bottom gets pretty soggy quickly. The flavors aren’t really exciting, when biting into my food I like thinking«oh man this tastes good» & this place is definitely underwhelming when it comes to flavor profile. The thing that turns me off the most is all the flies that buzz around. The seating area is full of them. They tend to leave the front door open to leave some air flow throughout the restaurant but if you have dozens of flies buzzing around your customers while they’re eating you should probably close the door. It’s not a dirty place, I just am not a fan of flies around my head or around my plate when I’m eating.

We come here on occasion for lunch and are never disappointed. Years ago, the food seemed somewhat better, but I think that the original owners bowed out. Even if I think it’s less than what it was, I still find it very good. I will come back to scratch my souvlaki itch again and again.

When I’m craving for some Mediterranean food, this is my go to place. The interior takes you on a journey to the Mediterraneans. Food: Über delicious! Docked off a star because it was a bit salty but edible enough. Service: One of the best, the staff are friendly and very quick. Definitely a must try if you haven’t been here.

Stopped in here, around 9:30pm on a Friday night, for a late dinner with my man. The restaurant itself is in an older building and a little run down. The server said we could sit wherever we liked(there was only one other couple in there), so we chose the window seat. While waiting to order a bug flew up to my eye and landed on the inside of my glasses. I got it off of me but then noticed several other dead bugs in the window sill… not what you want to see at a restaurant, or anywhere for that matter. But I pretended like it didn’t bother me and didn’t complain because I knew my boyfriend wanted to eat here. We both ordered the Gyro Wrap and enjoyed them. The pita was stuffed full of meat, which was very tender and flavorful. It had just the right amount of tzatziki sauce. The bread itself was warm and soft. However, I wish it had more chopped tomatoes on it. Overall, the flavor of the food, was a solid 4.5 stars. If I go back I’ll choose a table away from the window.

Loved this place. Attentive, friendly service and the gyro/salad lunch plate was LOADED with food, but most importantly was very tasty and authentic. Nice little find in sleepy downtown Kent.

Came here on a Sunday night for dinner, and it didn’t seem too busy at the time. Our waitress was pretty friendly, and gave us recommendations. After she took our order, we didn’t really see her until we were ready for the bill. However, it did seem like she was the only waitress that night. I tried the souvlaki with beef, and my boyfriend had the souvlaki dinner platter with chicken. The difference is that the souvlaki is arranged more like an open-faced gyro, while the dinner platter comes with salad on its own, and you get a choice of rice pilaf or Greek fries. I would probably get the dinner platter next time, because I prefer everything separated, plus the Greek fries were addicting! Definitely recommend getting the Greek fries. I would also get the chicken or even try the lamb instead, because I thought the beef tenders were a little too gristly.

Never had Greek food other than gyros had the pleasure of dabbling into the wine selection too. Was kinda of upset they didn’t have lamb so I had to go for beef :/. Service was pretty swell made sure my uncle and I were satisfied. All in all I won’t be surprised finding myself in here again.

My boyfriend and I got two gyro wraps for dinner over the weekend and they were SOOOOGOOD!!! They were, hands down, some of the best gyros I’ve ever had. I ordered them to go and they were ready when I showed up 15 minutes later. We got them home, opened the container, and they were gigantic! Chock full of delicious gyro meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. There was just the right amount of feta and tzatziki sauce slathered all over the top as well. Every bite was like heaven. I was beyond stuffed when I was done. I am dreaming of the next time I have one… gyroooo…nom nom nom…

This place has gone downhill. I’ve been going here for 20+ years and it seems to change hands frequently. Tonight I brought my family out but I received the«booby trap» when my dish of moussaka was inedible. The bechamel sauce was not the usual creamy texture but a stringy mess what seemed like uncooked egg. I almost threw up when I swallowed the first bite. My daughter mentioned it to the waitress who offered to cook the dish longer but how can you fix a dish like this by warming it up. I ended up bringing it home to feed the ground beef to my dog. I paid the bill $ 100 for a family of four. On the way out, it appear the entire staff watched me leave as if I was some evil person for paying for food I couldn’t eat… this will end the two decades of being a customer here as I will not come back.

Get the Gyro platter with fries. Hummus and extra pita instead of the salad. =) mmmm. Extra of all the sauces that come with it and a sample of every sauce tzarziki hummus and vinaigrette Absolutely delicious! The best gyro meat and pita ever! Even better is their sauce!!! I’ve never had another sauce that is so good! I’m addicted! The meat is so tender and high quality! Try the gyro platter!

Love this place. It’s located across the way from Wild Wheat Bakery in DT Kent. There’s some tables set up outside the restaurant for outdoor seating when warm. The interior is rich in wood. Gives a warm comfort feeling, which I like. Service is great and the food is superb. Always a fan of the lamb gyro and greek salad. They have great lunch specials too. The Greek iced tea is a must have… very delicious. I enjoy grabbing a meal here and heading to Wild Wheat after for some dessert ;)

Two times I’ve had the pleasure of dining here. Very good food and excellent service. The gyros lunch specials offer a very meaty and tasty lunch. We arrived at 11:30, and the place was empty, but by the time we left it was bustling with business. I can’t imagine them having any difficulty being very successful.

I discovered this restaurant 17 years ago when I moved to Kent. When I worked in Kent, this was my favorite lunch spot. I love Greek salads and their salads are to die for! I also love the pita bread with the tzatziki sauce. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays a whole bottle of wine is half price with any 2 dinner entrees. Sweet deal! If you are hungry for wonderful Greek food, this is the place!
