I moved here from NYC 9 months ago. This Starbucks is my favorite location. I go there to get a green tea latte whenever I know I have a tough day ahead of me (work-​wise or other). I am deaf, but the baristas their never freak out or get impatient with me when communicating. In fact, one barista knows some ASL-​so that helps a lot. GREAT green tea lattes and sweet/​skilled staff.

This review is for the gentleman who works in the AM, shame on me for not getting his name. I don’t ever visit this SB but was headed south and it was the nearest for me. I stopped in and he was friendly, inviting, and engaged with all customers.
He definitely created a happy atmosphere where grabbing a cup of coffee was the exact right way to start the day. I’m looking forward to what Thursday has coming my way after starting it off with a smile. Thank you SB Midway Crossing for giving me that much.

I don’t always go to Starbucks anymore because a lot of the time it sucks and there are tons of better options.
However, this is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Excellent customer service. They are friendly, fast and very attentive. I always receive a greeting as soon as I walk in the door.
Most importantly they ALWAYS make my drink correctly. You would think that asking for a iced triple shot white chocolate Americano to be cold would be an easy task… sometimes not so much. At this Starbucks it’s perfect every time!
Because nothing says «I hate you» like getting warmish cold coffee when you order iced coffee.

Bad customer service. I have gold card and I bought two coffees. I asked to please charge my coffees separate in order to get my reward points. She refused.

Great and quick service. Bathrooms need a key code. Women’s code is 2580. Not sure about men’s. Definitely a great place to stop when driving across state. Large variety of pastries and other semi-​healthy snack foods (Greek yogurt, fresh juice, etc.). I’d definitely come back.

Let me just start off and say, it’s very hard to muster up much enthusiasm for an institution that’s nearly everywhere you turn let alone the one closest to work that everyone goes to every day. I suppose it was inevitable that I’d write a review on it, but perhaps only because I feel like I ought to say something about our local Starbucks.
Unless you’ve only recently joined us here on Planet Earth, it’s like most other Starbucks you’d enter. Dark and earthy colors, some form of easy listening music soundtrack with a monitor to tell you its name and artist, pastries, sandwiches, popcorn and other assorted goodies to tempt the impulse shopper in front and of course, a large billboard listing the star attractions.
This one is clean and the staff there are friendly and not overly obsequious. Can’t complain. Other than that it’s not a Peet’s Coffee. ;-)

Not the most clean starbucks I’ve been too, but I’m not much of a coffee drinker in the first place, nor a Starbucks fan. But, I’ve easily been to better Starbucks in the past. Try another one that may be down the street, or across the street for that matter.

Starbucks review, I’ll keep it simple since we all know what and how Starbucks works.
This is consistently the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. People reading this might think that that is bad, but hear me out. The slowness is kicked up a notch due to the fact that the drinks they make here are consistently better tasting than most other Starbucks and also it’s not very crowded. I’ve never had the burnt flavor that seems to permeate 9 out 10 Starbucks locations.
End result, if you have time and aren’t in a hurry, this is a decent Starbucks.

These guys really go above and beyond! My wife asked for something that they knew would take some time, so they told us and the window guy engaged me in conversation as I waited, despite the couple of cars waiting behind me. Any other place would have had me pull up and they would bring it out to me. They really showed me that my business is important to them. Well done, guys!

I can’t disagree with what others have said about this Starbucks.
It’s clean, quiet, big enough in size, the baristas are fast, friendly & get your order correct.
