Dowell Co. sells but does not service Napoleon fireplaces and parts, but they were able to refer me to Eric Leiper of Greenlund Industries for service. Eric completely saved my construction project and spared me the thousands of dollars Sundance Energy was going to charge me ERRONEOUSLY. I would say that Dowell really knows what it’s doing and talking about. Go here for sales, and to Greenland for service.
