Our dryer’s dry time increased suddenly from 25 minutes to 62 minutes. Turns out that our bird trap outside our vent was clogged and causing a backup of lint. It took Todd and his co-worker about an hour to access/clean the vent. Now it works great! Todd is easy to work with and seems very knowledgable about dryer vents. Will definitely ask them to help again when needed!

Our clothes dryer vent runs under our building. I suspected ti was full of lint and maybe even disconnected. Todd came out and verified that it was disconnected and that the existing wrong type of vent was initially installed. As a result, hot, humid air has been blowing into the crawl space for who knows how long. Also, there was a thick layer of lint in the crawl space. Todd went under the building, which has a very tight crawl space, and installed a new vent. He started the job at 2:45 pm and ended at 6:15 pm. I appreciate Todd’s quality of work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him.

After finding out that Sears does not offer dryer vent cleaning to those of us in Covington (yet they are more than happy to sell us dryers!??), I didn’t know where to turn. I called Todd and he was very polite and arranged to come out that day! Todd was fast, respectful, courteous and professional. I am very pleased with his work.
