Had a entertainment coupon for 20.00 worth for 10.00. My husband and I shared a 15 piece combo with fries and baked beans. It was delicious and only came out to 13.00 after the coupon!

The key to avoiding a wait… Call ahead! Each wing order is made to order. Another suggestion, if you are taking wings home, order the wings extra wet. The sauce absorbs into the wings, and if they are lightly coated, it won’t be messy enough. Look, when you eat wings, you gotta just plan on being messy!
The service I have gotten here is top notch! My favorite is Veronica! She knows me well, and I just appreciate when someone knows me by name.
I love the flavors, and the fries just top off the experience. Nothing beats good chicken wings. Seahawks Sidney Rice made a great investment, and I take pride in knowing these wings are Seahawks gold!

Great wings, decent service, ordered online and because of the negative reviews on people waiting after they order pickup I called ahead, they were already working on my order and it was maybe 15 minutes total for my 15piece wings and Cajun seasoned cheese fries.
Read negative reviews on fries tasting like they have sugar on them, well they do, purposely. Part of their seasoning. They are delicious!
Been here four times now as I live across the street, and it’s dangerous for me to be so close to this place.
Staff always greets me as I walk in. They ask right away if I have an online order for pickup even if helping someone, but did it in a non rude way to the customer they were helping.
Place seemed very clean and inviting. I was impressed with the quality of food.

Fast friendly and cheap. 50 cent boneless wings on Monday. Score! Only negative is parking. I suggest ordering online and pick up. Bone in wings are my favorite!

YUCK!!! Waited a half hour for our food. My wings are extremely cold & my fries are too hot to touch. There is sugar on my fries and my wings are so salty that I’ll be leaving them here. This place was a $ 24 mistake.

A guy at work raves about this place. He must have low expectations. There were 5 tables here, but we still waited 31 minutes for food for my wife and I. The wings are cold but the fries are hot. We had boneless wings that were greatly over cooked. My wife thinks they put sugar on the fries instead of salt. There are no napkins, just a roll of paper towels that you might find in an elementary school bathroom. The girl behind taking our order was nice, but we will never come here again!

The food isn’t the issue, the wings are pretty good. The staff however… not the brightest bunch. They ask a lot of stupid questions, which has stopped me from going as much. Get rid of the bucket of rocks you have working here and the place will be great.

Wingstop makes ultra crispy, juicy, and flavorful wings, in a wide variety of flavors and heat levels. I love wingstop wings, and the wings here are no exception. This location is also relatively new and consequently still clean.
The problem is the customer service. On multiple occasions, ordering online and calling ahead has resulted in lost tickets and really long wait times. Imagine ordering in advance, because you’re on a tight schedule, and then showing up to wait 30 minutes. Also imagine, while you wait, the people who order after you show up are getting their wings first. Orders of the same size, even.
Because I love the wings so much, I’ve resolved to never order ahead again. When you order in person, the 15 minute wait time is pretty consistent. I’d rather wait 15 minutes than 30+, but it really shouldn’t have to be that way.

The rating on here for Wing Stop is way too low. Overall they have the best selection and variety of wings I’ve had. The garlic parm wings are the best. Also love Louisiana Rub. If you want saucy wings my personal favorite are spicy Korean and mango habanero. The regular hot wings aren’t that great. Basically just Frank’s hot sauce flavor. The fries are very good too.
The only gripe I have, is on Monday & Tuesday they do .50 cent boneless wings. They have NO specials for boned wings, which is a bit disappointing.

Searching for dinner on a Saturday night before a sold out Thunderbirds hockey game in Kent is a struggle. After 45 minute waits at all of the restaurants, we decided to hit up Wingstop, as my parents have never been here and my boyfriend and I have frequented the one in Renton.
Very small place. Room for about 2 people in line before you are out the door. It was pretty busy, but we were able to swoop a table up quickly. There are maybe 10 – 15 tables in the place. A few TV’s around, usually playing football. They told us when we ordered that it would take about 15 minutes, and it took just about that long.
My parents ordered bone in wings, half Hawaiian and half Teriyaki with the veggie sticks. They really enjoyed them. The veggie sticks portion was very small.
We got the boneless wings, half Louisiana Rub and half Garlic Parmesan, with fries. Both were alright, very, very, very heavy on the Parmesan though. My boyfriend LOVES their fries but I find them rather disgusting; so salty I had to chug my drink down after one. Kinda soggy too.
Not my first choice at Kent Station, but I’d rather have this than traveling for fast food.

I am a regukar customer to wingstop in tukwila and bellevue and this location is lacking only beer on tap! Excellent service and wings and lots of smiles at this location. A little small but very clean with a friendly staff!

Love this place! Great service, always friendly. The Louisiana rub and the lemon pepper rub are so good!

I’ve been to the landing location and have always had good experiences there.
My first experience at the kent location I ordered 20 wings in three different flavors.
When I order food I trust that they doublecheck the order. I asked Veronica, who is the manager at this location, if there were 20 wings in this box. She said yes and peeked in the container but didnt count the wings. I went home to find that there was 12 wings in 2 of the flavors. They forgot my boneless cajun wings order. So I called and let them know what happened and I she said that they would have 10 wings ready if i came back to the store. I said fine but i had to drive back.
When i got there I was given $ 5 back and no wings. She said the i offered you either $ 5 off or 10wings. At this point im confused and frustrated. I had now paid $ 15 for 12 wings. I drove back to the store to get my complete order not $ 5. The Manger of this store continued to argue about 12 wings and claimed there was 20.
do not waste your time going to location. If you do, double check your order. I’m disappointed that the manager argued with me and basically said I couldn’t count! No accountability and customer service.

I have been to many Wingstop locations, I always get good customer service but this location is great! The staff is tentative and always tries to please the customer. Monica is fantastic she has helped me more than anyone, I eat here often. She remembered my order word for word and always offers taste test so you are sure you get what you want. I know she adores her Manager because she speaks highly of her. I will always return here cause of Monica! Oh and the fresh wings!

I usually get good service here but this time wasn’t good it was horrible. My friend and i ordered wings from here and gave me a time it would be ready. Drove down there and they acknowledge it was a pickup but they did not start on my order. I had to wait 35 mins for my food! People who ordered after me got their orders. On top of that the wings were cold. I didn’t want to wait any longer. Garbage service

I order 30 wings, 10 Parmesan, 10 Mango Habanero & 10 Louisiana dry rub. The Mango Habanero isn’t as flavorful as BWW or even remotely hot. The Parmesan and LA dry rub, had very little or no flavor, so I probably won’t be getting those again. These are good for people who like naked wings.
I mean it’s wings, there not bad, but nothing spectacular, but the prices are little bit cheaper than BWW. Overall for a quick wing fix, it was nice to order online and get your food. When I got there, it wasn’t ready yet, but only waited a couple minutes longer.
This is just a wing place, so not going to get your big screen TV’s and all your football games like BWW, as I said it’s for quick wing fix only. This was my 2^nd time, didn’t leave any lasting impressions. I think, I like I like BWW seasonings and sauces better, but I need to try a few more flavors at WS, next time to make my decision final. :-)

I went to wingstop today for lunch, and also have gotten their wings one other time at our office. The wings are great, and the prices were very reasonable.
I had the BBQ and Lemon pepper today, both were great. I got the combo with drink, fries, dipping sauce and ten wings for about $ 11. I thought it was a good deal.
I will echo another poster’s statement that the fries seemed overly salted, but I still liked them and finished them all. These are smaller wings with a great skin to meat ratio.
This is a small location at Kent Station, and it takes 15 minutes for them to freshly cook your order, but they mentioned this when I ordered. I don’t mind waiting for a freshly prepared product.

Such a bummer that this place has such bad reviews — my experience wasn’t as bad as I was expecting at ALL.
Customer service was great. They greeted us right away, made sure we weren’t an online order, and gave us plenty of time to look over the menu since it was our first time. We ordered two combos: one with lemon pepper and garlic parmesan wings with fries, and another combo with original hot and lemon pepper wings with veggie sticks.
The place was very clean and extremely slow for it being a Seahawks game day. They had all three televisions tuned to it, so it was nice to have something to watch during our almost 30 minute wait (part of the the reason for only 3 stars).
We got our wings and everything was nice and fresh, so it was comforting to know they at least didn’t come from sitting under a heat lamp. My boyfriend loved his wings — he said that the original hot wings were «amazing.» I don’t think my experience was as great as his — my lemon pepper boneless wings were crazy salty (and I normally love salt) and my garlic parmesan boneless wings were lacking ANY sort of garlic taste. Just dusted parmesan salt on top… The fries were soooo good though, until we got a few fries in and realized they are dusted with sugar? That was weird. If it wasn’t for that, we would’ve loved them.
We’ll be back to try a few more things on the menu (I want to try their tenders!) so I’m hoping I’ll be able to leave a better review.

Sad experience. When i get wings I expect HEY WELCOME TO WINGSTOP. I got … Tell me when you’re ready. Snobby employee couldn’t even tell us the wings only come in 6. I’ll eat these wings and enjoy them. But don’t expect me to want to come back to an unfriendly staff and horrible customer service.

I had heard the wings here were good. So decided to try it out. I ordered online and waited at Kent station for 35 minutes to pick up my wings. I went in, and found out they didn’t receive my order. I had even go the confirmation email that they had. I get it, things happen, and technology even messes up. What I do not understand is bad customer service when this happens. The employees were less than apologetic. Ok so I get the wings, and am like ok just don’t worry about it. BUT then I get home only to find out that the lady put the container of wings in sideways. So now there is a huge grease stain on my new car seat.
