Sometimes the chicken is fresh and sometimes it’s not. Unfortunately it seems that you can’t have a consistent meal here. I only order through the drive through because the inside smells super greasy. I understand that chicken is fried here but I am sure that the smell can be regulated. Perhaps the vents are not degreased nightly. It’s time for a deep cleaning folks.
The customer service is okay. I don’t see a great effort being put forth. How is it possible for those spicy wings to never be available. They have said they don’t know how long they would take to saying I would have to wait 10 minutes for them to be ready. I may just say okay next time to really see if that’s how long it would take.
This is the only KFC in Kerman like most of the businesses. We only have one because we are such a small little town. However Walmart does have fried chicken but they have no drive through. We do have other unorthodox fast food chicken options.

Pretty good chicken but whenever I order from them, I get to the window and EVERY time, they either don’t have the chicken they said they did ready or my sides are all wrong. Also, it takes forever to pick up the food from the window.

I would love to give a review about the food here. But when I tried to order my meal, I was told that they don’t currently have fried chicken of any type and it would be at least a 25 minute wait. Just wondering, since when does KFC not have fried chicken to serve? I wish I could give this 0 stars, but not an option unfortunately.

I use to come here with my family when we wanted some chicken. Same as all the others not any different. If you want fast food besides the same bun and fries then this is your spot. The people are good not rude at all like some of the other ones.
