This little place serves a very good chili dog. The chili is meaty, and has some zip, The bun is toasted, and the slaw is creamy. They have both regular and fool longs, and you can get each in a basket with fries.
The burgers are nice, also available in baskets. Haven’t tried the other sandwiches, or the ice cream, but a lot of folks order it.
This is set up like a fast food restaurant, your order and pay at the front counter, and when ready, your order is called. The food is prepared to order so it will take a little longer than McDonald’s, but I’ve found the wait worth it. This is not strictly a hole-​in-​the-​wall, but it is a small, plain little joint.
