Great pizzas with a wide selection, may want to plan ahead with this large menu. The best salad, with toppings that you don’t find in most local restaurants.

We got here often. The food is good, I almost always get a burger and it is flavorful and juicy, def my favorite burger! Chips are usually pretty good. My husband gets chicken ciabatta and likes it. I got a salad once and liked it. Only gave it 4 stars bc the price is a tad bit high, but you get good food, and sometimes(not always) tables aren’t cleaned off or aren’t wiped down(usually the case), so you kinda have to go to the next table, esp during busy times. Overall, tho, the fact that we go there frequently should say that it’s worth a trip and you probably won’t really have a problem.

My law mentor and I went out for lunch after a full day in court. I ordered the goat cheese, walnut and cranberry salad and upon eating half of the salad I discovered what looked like an insect leg folded inside a piece of romaine lettuce. Please be more careful of what you serve to your customers. Sanitation is a MUST as a restaurant owner. This was simply unacceptable and I won’t be coming back.

First of all, I wasn’t a fan of the counter style ordering. For a place like this, it just doesn’t fit. I got the chicken pesto chibatta sandwich and my fiancé got their fried chicken salad. We both ordered a soft drink and our total came to a little over $ 22, which blew my mind. I wasn’t quite prepared for that. Our food took quite a while to come out. Swallowing that steep price didn’t become any easier as time progressed, as I found my food to be very bland. The only good thing about my meal was the homemade chips. The salad wasn’t anything to rave about either. I also found that the place as a whole needs some repair. I know this is a family style restaurant, but the walls had chunks of paint missing and I just felt«dirty» eating there. I’m not sure what theme they’re trying to go with on the décor, but I was totally confused. Not sure that we’ll be back :(

The place changed ownership over a year ago and improvements quickly followed. Living in Kernersville this has become a family favorite. The burgers are by far some of the best in the area. The salads are also a treat. Any issues we’ve ever had were quickly fixed by the owner«Mike» who spends a lot of time overseeing the staff and interacting with the customers. A top place for dining in Kernersville.

A decent enough pizza place with some other interesting items on the menu. The pizza is good, and that’s usually what I stick to. Last time I had a small issue with the food; the staff immediately resolved the issue and was more than helpful. Additionally, their drink machines have that awesome«little ice».

I really like this place! I agree that the prices are a little high, but as a vegetarian, I’m willing to pay a little extra for some good choices. The food tastes good and they make it however you want it. I love their black bean burger! I order it on wheat with cheddar cheese. Their Mediterranean pizza is really good too. I always get it with a side of marinara because it doesn’t come with much sauce. I also really like their black bean soup. For an added treat I like to order it with their delicious signature bleu cheese chips. The self service doesn’t bother me at all. It’s just like panera. No one seems to mind it there.

MUST try the Spicy Cilantro Chicken pizza. Sun dried tomatoes, plenty of cheese, enough chicken and don’t let it fool you, the cilantro is not spicy. They also have a full selection of great salads and sandwiches. The nice thing for me was that they have some specialty pizzas so it’s not just the same olé cheese an pepperoni. With it being a chain you still get the feeling your in a locally owned place. This location in Kernersville was surprisingly not packed at lunch, the one in Winston-Salem tends to be really busy. All in all the service was great. And who doesn’t like the option to have a beer with your food!!!

Its OK– just not a fan of the whole«counter service» thing. Salads were big on lettuce but a little skimpy on the good stuff like chicken, etc. Used a Groupon so that made up for it.

We enjoyed The Loop when it opened in kernersville. Sadly, it has taken a steep downhill slide. Food has been substandard for a year or so, but today there was a bug in my salad. No thanks. The staff was totally unconcerned with it. I’d expect a similar reaction to if a customer said«there are too many tomatoes on my salad.» He just asked if we wanted something else then issued an apology-free refund.

The food here is generally good, but I always find the prices a little high for what you get. There is no wait staff to justify the bill you end up with when you order your food.
