Good food nice juicy burgers. Either hit it on your way to the red woods or take a break from a long day of river playing in the river right behind the restaurant. When you combine food, service and location you can’t go wrong eating there

Best burger I’ve ever had! Small, dumpy little shack.(blink and you’ll miss it!) on our way up to Trail of 100 Giants so didn’t mind the drive. 6oz burger, 3 oz. burger fries and 2 sodas came to $ 22 but I thought it was well worth it. Raise the cattle themselves. Gem in the middle of nowhere.

We came we ate the supposedly the World’s Best Burger. Well after driving up to Trail of a Hundred Giants and driving back to our campsite in Weldon /Lake Isabella area it was def good. Since they are in the middle of nowhere I can see why they consider themselves the world’s best cause no one or cell service is around this place. So not much else to compare. With that said it is damn good. Just not 5 star good that these reviews have here. They could have been really really hungry? Take these as an upgraded In-N-Out but with better fries. Be cautious though… if you are late and during lunch time waits could be an hour long or so. Not the biggest or the most help in the kitchen so it could get slow and if you have hungry kids they will get cranky as they don’t do the shakes when it is that busy. Around there is a motel /RV park I think where they have a bridge with people partying it up on the river with inner tubes etc. Plus over the bridge more hiking trails.

Burgers are the real deal. Don’t bother going Ini the Steak House. See reviews for that. Will be back for Burgers when fishing

All I can say is Bomb Diggety Dog. The burgers are famous in this neck of the woods and for good reason. Huge yummy cooked to order goodness. Nothing beats spending the day in the sun playing up the kern river and ending it by getting a McNally Burger, shake and Fries at the stand!

On our way home from visiting the Trail of 100 Giants, we stopped by McNally’s Burger stand. Even though I couldn’t eat my whole burger, due to getting car sick, I did finish my burger at home, along with the fries. But I did manage to shovel in some fries and was so surprised at how delicious the fries were! I LOVE shoestring fries and these reminded me of Hot Dog on a Stick fries. They were salted perfectly and even though we got a small, it seemed like we got a large order of fries. I ordered a 3 oz hamburger, which came with lettuce mixed with 1000 island-like dressing, tomato,(no onion on mine) and pickles. The bun size and fluff was perfect with the patty. This stand is located a few miles outside of the downtown Kernville area and next to a general store/motel. We stopped by here around 3:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon. I would’ve taken a pic of the hours but wasn’t well enough to get out of the car. There aren’t very many options for food around this area, so we were really excited when we found this spot. I would highly recommend stopping by if your driving through!
