Horrible customer service… Guy who works at this establishment is rude. We went twice to this mini mart and both times the same guy with the same horrible attitude. I will not be giving them anymore business. Avoid this place like the plague unless you like rude treatment.

First time here and decided to try the primo sandwich and my co worker had the phili cheese steak. They were really good, good fresh deli, well sized portions, good customer service and well priced. Well def be going back to try other items on their large menu.

I love Primo’s! I’ve gone to kern river every year of my life… so the past 26 years. Since I can remember, Primo’s has been our go to stop for delicious pizza bread and fries. Their ice cream is super yummy too.
They are all always friendly when you go, much like most of the places in kern.
Can’t wait to see you next summer :)

I’ve been going here since I was a child, and they’re still great! Food, ice cream, drinks, liquor and a decent selection of beer, basic camping odds and ends, they have a little bit of everything!

Ok, you wouldn’t think that a liquor/​deli would have an ice cream counter, but think again! This place was a pit stop before my rafting trip and the ice cream some sort of coffee/​chocolate chip was sooooooo friggin good! If I’m in the Kern Valley again, I would carve out time to specifically look for this place.

There are some places in this world where one’s opinion is completely biased simply for nostalgia’s sake – this is one of those places. I couldn’t tell you how the food is here, because I love it regardless. My dad brought me to Primo’s when I was a kid, and we would take our food down to Riverside Park to eat a picnic. Great, great memories. I was in here recently with my own daughter, and I was thrilled to see that little has changed since I was a kid. I love you Primo’s! And I always will, even if you served turds.
