They started off real strong. Food quality was good and plentiful. That was for the first two weeks. They soon crashed and burned in my culinary opinion.

Stopped here for lunch when they first opened and was so excited. Their food was superb and even their iced tea tasted great. Returned today and not only did we have to wait 10 minutes to be seated but another 10+ minutes to get tea and ANOTHER10 minutes to place an order! Our food was okay. Not bad, not great. Just mediocre. The tea tasted different, just blah. Overall a blah food experience and a terrible service issue. Not sure we will return.. Bummer. Really wanted this place to do great!

I was looking for an affordable lunch at a local joint in downtown Kerrville and stumbled on this place, which Google maps still doesn’t recognize. The inside is bright and cheery. The menu is varied. The chicken salad on a croissant was delicious, though the kale chips were a little overdone. I came back later for an ice cream cone. Service was a little iffy, as if the staff were covering each other’s jobs. Hopefully business will go well enough that they can hire someone to run the front of the house(seat patrons, scoop ice cream, ring up bills) so the wait staff can handle seated customers. I would go back.

Nice atmosphere and downtown location. Simple menu with sandwich, burger and salad favorites. Loved my grilled PB& J sandwich. Others at my table said the egg over easy burger was delicious as was the chili cheese dog. Good family food.

I would not recommend this restaurant. We waited for over an hour for our food(which is all we had for lunch) and had to eat super fast in five minutes. We were still late going back to work. When we finally got the food, it really did not taste good at all, and I’m not picky.

Should have read the reviews before going to Crumbs. We were planning on going to a restaurant around the corner but it was closed. We were stopping in Kerrville overnight so we opted to try a local restaurant. Walking in, no one was up front to greet guests. Waitress was friendly but food took more than 45 minutes including waiting to order. Tater tots were not cooked through and the sandwiches were blah. Ordered dessert to go at time I ordered my meal but still had to wait for it when ready to leave. Didn’t look like other patrons were having a good meal based on their comments and looks. Owners need to step it up or it will be limited business.

Tonight my husband and I decided to try something different for dinner. We called 23 times trying to place a to go order. He finally went in to order and had to wait forever for the food. when he got home half our food was missing, we really didn’t care but I thought I should make them aware of the problems we had with our order and their response was ok bye. .no I was not trying to get anything free but a simple«I’m sorry» would have been nice. Not a good way to do business especially when you are a fairly new business. .never again will I go back, nor would I recommend this place
