TERRIBLE. Just Terrible. To make a long story short. I dropped off a pink blouse to be dry cleaned. When I picked if up, it was white. And not a good white, like a dirty dishwater white. The owner, very condescendingly told me this was the shirts fault… and not his. Then reluctantly agreed to reimburse me. BUT, only if I jumped through about a 1000 hoops first. No where on any tags does it say «do not dry clean». I had to request the store I bought it from to search their database to prove that I did in fact buy it. I still haven’t received my reimbursement. His response to my repeated phone calls, «the checks in the mail» he must be using the Pony Express because it’s been about a month since he said it was mailed.

Please please please consider using some other cleaners. These people are the rudest people I have delt with of late. My daughter called to check on the status if her quilt (hoping it may be finished early)
Not only was it not ready, she was told it would be a week later than expected. When she asked why she was not notified and expressed unhappiness they hung up on her. She tried to call back 3 times, and was hung up on every time.
When I finally picked up the quilt, I want even out the door before they stayed talking about us. This is very unprofessional. My husband had used them, for his work clothes, for some time. The work has been fine. But we will all no longer be using their services due to their petty childish behaviors. What happened to the customer is always right? We were NOT rude to them just unhappy with the situation. Can you maybe understand why?
