Perfect place to go for groceries that you can’t get just anywhere. Unlike most Trader Joe’s this location is not always packed. Check out Bob the Raptor’s Videos and Reviews

Super impressed with the price of coffee and produce here! I can’t praise the employees of this location enough. They have always gone out of their way to help me.

Not bad! This Trader Joe’s is the only one in the area. It wasn’t too packed when I went and everyone was pretty friendly. There’s plenty of parking for this spot and everything was in stock or being stocked while I was there by the employees. It has everything you would want from a Trader Joe’s and I will be back!

I haven’t been here in a while so I decided to check it out again. They have a lot of fun processed food choices. The produce is definitely not local but they do a decent job of giving us the basics. They have some organic meats but they are packaged, no meat counter that I saw. The bakery items are all pre-packaged as well, but they have some fun things. They have a lot of gluten free choices. The one thing I don’t like about Trader Joe’s is that they private label everything and don’t tell you where the food is coming from. I like to know where my food comes from and who is producing it. This is definitely a fun store and I really liked it before it became so commercialized and expanded. They are owned by a billionaire family in Germany, the same family that owns Aldi. Not local for sure. I think they are doing a decent job and it appeals to younger crowds. I like the bagged nuts and trail mixes as well as some of the cookies. They have good frozen dinners if you eat those sort of things. The sodium counts are still so high but if you need a quick frozen dinner, I love the vindaloo chicken. Their frozen veges are great too. This is not my weekly/daily grocery store but I have great memories of shopping here and the staff always makes me smile.

It’s a nice location, although I had to circle the complex to find it. They could benefit from better signage. That said it’s a solid location. I live in California, so I was so glad to see a Trader Joe’s in western OH.

Love the varieties of wine that are extremely reasonably priced for college students! The food is healthy, the customer service is awesome, and the prices are great.

Great selection and my family loves so many Trader Joe’s items that I shop here at least once a week. I have to be careful with expiration dates on perishables though. Produce is not nearly as fresh as other grocery stores. Also employees can be VERY moody. There is one woman I simply avoid because of the glare and unfriendly, monosyllabic reply she gives when I ask a question. They can be sarcastic as well. Recently asked an employee if they were out of an item and he said«well off the top of my head I can’t remember inventory for all 5000 items but I will check…» There is no need to be snarky to customers, especially those who spend thousands of dollars a year in your store.

I appreciate having a Trader Joe’s in my hometown, especially since I visit friends and hang with the family. And it’s not like I see natural or organic food such as edamame hummus, un-sulfured dried mango, or frozen yogurt at other local groceries. They sell organic foods at affordable prices, which conveniently allows me to prepare natural dishes. It’s almost impossible not to load-up on their organic flash frozen greens, seafood, chicken, and ready dishes. Grocery shopping doesn’t have to be painful or boring, you all. Their staff gives memorable customer service, which feels lovely during any grocery shopping trip. Their selections include foods that originate from almost every part of the globe, too. Take a trip. Or go to Trader Joe’s. You won’t be disappointed.

As mentioned this store is a little snug inside– the aisles are narrow but I don’t think that the selection suffers at all. I’m just glad to have a TJ’s in Dayton so I’m giving 5 stars. And because the staff is always so downright friendly.

Trader Joe’s is where it’s at! I can’t believe having lived near Trader Joe’s in D.C., I didn’t discover it till just recently. They have EVERYTHING! Seriously. You need to see it for yourself. A few of my personal favorites: Edamame Hummus, Coconut Oil Spray, Fig Butter, Honey Roasted Sliced Almonds, Japanese Style Fried Rice(frozen), and Garlic Fries(frozen). The prices at Trader Joe’s are UNBEATABLE. They do have fresh produce, but no deli counter, meat department, or bakery, like at DLM. The majority of the items in the store are Trader Joe’s brand. I have tried many different items from here and they have all been amazing, while still being mostly healthy! Win-win! The staff is always friendly, and they play some rockin’ music in the store. :) They have a no-hassle return policy; returning an item with a too close Best By use date was no sweat. So glad I found Trader Joe’s!

Excellent place to grocery shop! It was my first time here and I got a few things I couldn’t have found anywhere else. The corn salsa was very good: a little sweet tang, with a powerful but not overpowerful sense of spice. The Chimichurri Sirloin Steak was a fine piece of meat. I grilled up the four pieces totalling 1.7 lbs for 2 mins on both sides. The result was a medium-rare masterpiece. It was the best piece of steak I’d had in a long while. Perfectly tender and moist, every single bite of it, and the marinade was delicious too. Will definitely go back for more research in the meat department.

I love Trader Joe’s. It’s got so many cool things that you won’t find at any other grocery store. And the prices are great too! They have quite a bit of healthy and vegetarian options, but they do have a lot of unhealthy and over processed foods as well, so read your labels! I love the seasonal products, particularly in the fall and winter. This location in particular is not the greatest. It’s located right in the center of Kettering and it’s out of the way for most people unless you live in Kettering or Oakwood. Also, the location is very small and it is almost always packed… a lot of seniors shop here too so keep that in mind when driving around the parking lot. They come out of nowhere. One gripe, I don’t like the over friendliness of the cashiers. It seems forced and I’ve had a problem with them being too preoccupied with talking to me that they’ve forgotten to bag items quite a few times. Oh. and we NEED Trader Joe’s in BEAVERCREEK!

My friend goes here all the time for the little groceries he gets and he loves it. I really like the look of this place and have tried some of the food he gets and its pretty good, the price was pretty fair. they have some very unique things that you won’t find other than here which is awesome. the checkout person was nice as well as the workers around the store, its very neat inside and things are in order and in the place where they are suppose to be.
