The Peddle and Pump(spin and weights/tone combo), with Carli this morning was nothing short of spectacular! Fantastic class, can’t wait for the next. This 45 minute cardio and strength class hits it on the head for a great workout. Highly recommend.

This is a GREAT small gym. The day is scheduled around their classes(spinning, weights, Zumba, etc) and there is also personal training, boot camp, and free standing equipment like treadmills. Outstanding teachers, friendly, welcoming, great training. Very reasonably priced as well. Favorite gym in KW!

This is a small gym. Don’t go the expecting the rows of treadmills and arc trainers you find at big chain gyms. They have everything you could possibly need to have a great workout(weights, treadmill, bands, machines) and the class selection is phenomenal. I came here after seeking out gyms around Key West. I went on a tour of a couple other gyms, but I decided to workout here. During the tour, they were friendly, inviting, and reasonably priced. Another bonus, there’s air conditioning and water available(not all gyms in Key West have AC or free water). I was in town for ten days and wanted to keep up my training routine(and yes I needed to burn off those pan cubanos and café con leches). They offer class set passes(5,10,20) or a day pass($ 15 for the ENTIREDAY). There’s also personal training available. I saw several one-on-ones while here and the personal trainers seemed great to work with and offered some fine workouts! I ended up working out everyday I was here! That’s a better record than at home, but Stay Fit made it easy with a wide variety of classes all day long to keep me motivated and coming back for more. And the trainers/instructors were AWESOME. The first class starts at 6:15AM And the last of the day is at 6:30PM. I was sore all week(in a good way) and I’m not going home feeling like I let myself go while on vacation. I feel fit and more motivated then ever. I tried many classes when I was here and highly recommend them all. All let me work up a sweat and burn those calories! Some highlights: Spinning with Liz, TRX Core with Liz, Strength Training with Raquel, Stretch with Raquel(hurts so good), Core with Carly, Zumba with Shay, and Pedal and Pump with Carly. If you are visiting or a local looking to get or stay in shape, you must try Stay Fit. It’s a great community place and just fun! I’ll miss this place when I go back to regular old gym back in Seattle! Thank you Stay Fit!

I came to Stay Fit Studio in an attempt to stay fit on vacation. I tried Zumba with Andrea and really enjoyed it. The studio is somewhat small but they manage to fit a gym in the front and a large dance and Spinning area in the back. I waited for class to start and chatted with the two women working the check-in counter. A gym member was in the middle of a personal training session and the instructor seemed very warm and knowledgeable. They had plenty of machines available to give you a total body workout. The Zumba class was very good. I really appreciated Andrea’s enthusiasm and had been worried the class might be slow since I appeared to be the youngest person by about 20 years. I thought maybe I’d accidentally stumbled upon a Zumba Gold class, but once we got going it was apparent we’d be working up a sweat in no time. I hope to be as active as the other ladies when I’m older. My only 2 critiques about the class are this: 1) Andrea is originally from Brazil and was heading out to Brazil for vacation the next day so maybe this isn’t normal, but the playlist seemed to be predominantly Brazilian music, which was a lot of fun but not as varied as a typical Zumba class. 2) This is my biggest pet peeve of dance classes — The playlist wasn’t preselected to play. It seemed she had an idea of what she was gonna lead next, but she’d stop after every.single.song to cue up the next one. I get that some instructors do that to give students a break, but the music should really be set to play and left alone. Please do add pauses in between via iTunes and iPod if necessary; but having to continually stop and subject students to that click-click-click-click-click of the wheel is so obnoxious, in my opinion and many others’. I highly recommend dropping into this studio to take advantage of their classes. I will definitely return if I find myself down here again.

What’s there not to like about Raquel’s Friday evening spin class that touts«Run Run Rudolph», AC/DC and Mariah Carey’s «All I Want for Christmas» to get you moving into the Christmas weekend? The staff here is totally involved with the community and has a pretty good assortment of group classes. The changing area/bathroom is pretty limited, but hey, come prepared! They have some parking on the side for cars and in front for bikes. Best bang for your buck? The 10 class pack. Mix and match and get your groove on.

I LOVE Stay Fit! The staff and owners are PHENOMENAL and are beyond anything I could ever imagine. Super friendly, compassionate and encouraging, I couldn’t ask for anything more! They are a small gym attached to a large studio in which they hold classes of all sorts around the clock. Yoga, pilates, spinning, tae kwon do(for kids!), pedal and pump, core exercises are just a few examples of classes that they offer. I really truly enjoyed every second that I was there! they rooooock.
