Cannot say enough nice things about Tina’s! It’s a hidden gem. Tina is awesome and her pastries are incredible. The guava and cream cheese empanadas are my favorite especially with a colada. My husband loves their picadillo empanadas! We grab too many pastries but they are so delicious and cheap… how can we not!!! We stop here at least twice a trip every time we are down in the Keys. We even ran into the mayor while in there!

The coffee was not bad. However, the reason I’m giving a bad review is because the guarapo is not freshly squeezed from the sugar cane, but it felt like it was just brown sugar mixed with water. There was some sugar on the bottom when I finished the drink. I mean, it doesn’t taste bad, is just that that is not guarapo, that’s sugar water.

Holy moly! We stopped for a quick cuban sandwich because we were pressed for time going to Fort Lauderdale airport to catch our flights. We pulled out, ate the sandwich and pulled over for gas. We all looked at each other and said, we should go back and get another one. It was the best sandwich ever! Then we thought well, it may make us late for our flight and we all kinda shrugged and said that cuban sandwich was worth missing a flight for! Hahahaha!!! So we turned around and got another one and some coffee. Loved the place! From now on, every time we go to the Keys we will definitely stop here! Such a nice lady and great food!

Have been coming here for years with my family. Every year we go to the keys & every year we make sure to stop to Tina’s Market. She has THE best Cuban coffee. My mom loves the guarap (sugar cane juice). We also love the pastries she has. The guava & cheese is our fav. Make sure to try her sandwiches & fruit smoothies if possible!!! The only downside is that the market closes at 2pm which means you have to move quickly.

Really good Café Cubano! Best stop on the Overseas Highway for a really good Cuban traditional caffeine boost! She’s got plenty of other munchies and goodies to curb your hunger while driving on the water! A must stop whether heading north or south. Oh, did I mention she’s got a great personality to boot?! The little Lady is Big on customer service!
