AA Richards Heating & Cooling

This company does not even deserve to get one star.
Here is the story:
I hired this company to repair my furnace because it did not ignite. They charged me $ 410 to place the igniter (parts and labor). Later we found out the system could neither cool nor heat up the house after their technician has completed the service. Immediately we reported the issue to AA Richards and requested AA Richard’s to send a new guy to fix the problem. We did not get any response for days. To expedite a resolution, we hired another firm to diagnose the issue and the technician pointed out that AA Richard’s tech, when diagnosing the furnace unit, has left 2 terminals on the electronic panel shorted — resulting in the system simultaneously trying to cool down and heat up the house.
We then requested a very minimum credit from AA Richards, so far, a month passed, AA Richards hasn’t responded yet. Not even an apology.
Now I felt lucky that I hired another company to fix the problem that AA Richards caused, I can’t imagine how much AA Richards is going to charge me if…
I will not hire this company again, and will not recommend to hire AA Richards for any of your HVAC repair needs. /​Jenny from Old Bridge

Well, did good job up to when i paid him before he was finished, said he would come back later that day and finish. Had to get hammer drill to anchor spouts to cement foundation wall. Was pleased and thought he was a man of his word… not the case never called back, never came back, said i got tied up or nothing, will be giving this guy KARL was was technician… run if he comes to do work for you. and after crawling into my crawl space he also ripped out insulating matietial from where he was working and just left it… not professional not worth the $ 329.99 i paid for replacing 2 spickets… next time i do it myself, it aint brain surgery, lol
