Island Air Conditioning

I am a contractor and have 2 projects involving a total of about 14 ductless ac units. Greg was slow to return phone calls but I ended up finally making an appointment with him. When he showed up at the first project site, where a total of 4 units were to be installed he was showed a new unit that was partially installed by another company (who never returned to the project after being paid a substantial deposit). The unit was new and just needed to have the installation completed — probably about 3 hours work. Greg had such attitude and said that «I’m not going to install anyone else’s unit. I’ll sell you a new one though». Ridiculous and very short sited. I told him I would be willing to sign a waiver releasing him from any liability regarding that installation but he just said no. I asked him he really understood that I had 14 other units to install in two projects. Apparently he isn’t interested in the work and clearly has no interest whatsoever in customer service to a customer who has once again experienced the worst of Maui’s workforce. I would NOT recommend that anyone support this company.

Greg and his workers are great. When I had emailed some questions to Greg he was so prompt on responding. His crew does FANTASTIC work. I am so happy on how the job came out. If you are looking for a company that will be on time, efficient, and extremely professional then look no further. I would recommend Island Air Conditioning to anyone. I am so happy with my split a/​c in my condo. We had 3 units put in. One in the living room and one in each bedroom. It has changed our lives.

Greg and his crew are awesome. I would recommend them because they were prompt, efficient, and educational. An educational AC company? Yes! When we had questions about that musty smell in our office, not only did they identify it, they also had a product for us that would fix that musty smell. Highly recommend them.

WOW!!! I was referred to Greg Blanchette. No need to price all around the island for reasonable, fast and honest people. The person that referred him to me had already done that and found Greg to be the best priced by nearly $ 1,000.00 difference. I have had the existing units serviced over the years and had been quoted for new units last year, prices were just outrageous and would take The other guys 2 – 3 weeks to get the units. This time AC units were failed, no fixing anymore, so with the referral we only called Greg this time and found the price to be a significant savings. Not to mention only 1 day to get the units installed. Price is one thing but Service is another. Greg brought Andrew & Dustin to remove old AC units put in new ones. They arrived EARLY! YES early! Less than 45 minutes job was done. They cleaned and moved the furniture back! If you want Fast RELIABLE SERVICE DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Island Air Conditioning NO KA OI
