Jawz has been one of our favorites for nearly ten years. Our most recent visit was a delight. The owner is one of the friendliest and nicest guys around. He works very hard at taking care of every guest. The food is authentic and the guacamole is delicious — always a good sign. I feel like we are supporting a great local family when we eat there and they deserve your attention for a quick to-go or sit down meal. It is not a fancy place to eat but it definitely a place the locals support. We always get the fish tacos — I decided to try the chimichanga and it was delicious. I am not sure you can go wrong with any option.

The owner is a Mexican transplant to Hawaii. I imagine the food is very authentic. I saw lots of cans of tomatoes. I only had the fruit smoothie, as I was just stopping to get something to drink. It was made with frozen but wholesome fruit juices. The owner is very friendly and deserves some business.

The restaurant is a hole in the wall location and a nice Taqueria with a large menu for everyone. The carne asada was great and there is a large assortment of different home made salsas to try with the tortilla chips. The food was prepared quickly and good portions.

Very friendly service, authentic and very tasty food. A little hard to find, but well worth it and any place with P.O.G. juice on tap will have my business again and again. Yum!!!

Love Jawz! Their Braddah Bo’s burrito is my husband’s favorite, and I love any of their fish tacos and their wet burritos. SUPER friendly staff that always makes me feel like Ohana.

Loved it at the old location and we were saddened when it closed. Still delicious at the new spot although a little smaller. Love the fresh fish burrito and salsa bar. We will always return here when we visit the islands!

This is the best food we ate on our vacation in Maui and it came out of a food truck! I ordered the shrimp tacos and my husband had the Hawaiian-pork burrito.

Awesome food and friendly staff. My husband and I stopped for a quick bite. Being a vegetarian we got beans tacos. When combined with salsa, it was awesome!!!

This place was awful and I don’t recommend. Food didn’t seem fresh and area was a little questionable. I had the fish tacos and thought they tasted like Gorton’s fish sticks.

Killer food, truly reasonable prices and three taco trucks at various beaches.

Saw there truck down near Makena park yesterday. I had a fish taco for the very first time. It was delicious. Fresh and tasty ingredients and now one of my favourite foods to order. They also have kids foods too. My children both had the hot dogs with the works and by the fact that they are it all it must been good.

Best fish tacos ever! They have cilantro rice, fresh white fish, cabbage instead of lettuce and they are huge flavorful awesomeness! I had one at the food truck by big/little beach and another at their resteraunt in Kehili(sp?). They were amazing! The all fruit smoothies were really good too!

I saw their truck down at the beach. The soft corn shell tacos looked great as I passed-by. So, we made a point to find and go to the restaurant and it was okay. The service was okay. Not much more to say.

Best fish tacos on Maui! Get the Snapper, and ask for extra sauce! Their California Burrito is amazing as well. They’ve got trucks floating around the island, but only until 5pm. You can’t go wrong with Jawz Tacos!
