Hired this company to check a washer in my rental unit. Washer drum was not turning. I was told there was a charge of $ 85 to go out and diagnose the problem. The owner went out the next day. He looked at the washer and declared the control panel or motor or both is broken and it would cost 800.00 to repair. He never ran any test on the motor or control panel in fact he never even took off the back of the washer to look. it seems to me he looked up the symptoms I gave him and gave me a internet diagnosis left after 5 minutes and charged me 85.00 for driving to my house. I understand they told me about the 85.00 to diagnose, but I don’t call looking at the unit as a diagnoses. A simple test on the control panel and the motor would have told him that it was not the problem (as I found out later when I ran my own test) It seems to me he is making a business out of charging the fee to come to your house. Very dishonest!
