My one star is to get the owners attention.
PLEASE for the love of God from 11:00am to 1:00Pm have a larger staff! the wait time is pathetically long

My husband and I were in town and needed a quick dinner. Honestly, we like Subway in California and buy it a few times a month. From chains around the states, you have certain expectations of what you’ll get; this location did not meet them.
This Subway however is not that. .. great.
Two young boys were the only staff on a busy Saturday, so things were slow.
Said boys were slow in general though I don’t think they meant to be. Sorry!
The bread tasted off and I didn’t even finish my sandwich. My husband’s bread was off too. Yuck!
They don’t offer avocado, but that might just be a Californian thing.
This location seemed dirty and did not offer any seating.
Not what I’d expect from a big chain. Oh well!

usually come to this subway, because its close to home. I think after today I will not be coming here. They young boy working he counter tonight was very unsanitary. First he could not find the knife to cut the bread, he finally located it at the bottom of the cooler where they keep all the meats. I thought maybe he might at least clean it off but no he made our sandwiches. As he was getting ready to cut mine some of the meat and cheese came out and partially landed in the area where they discard the crumbs, he then rapidly put it back into my sandwich thinking I did not see what he did. When I questioned him he was trying to make excuses. Eventually he made me another one and again when he went to cut it he wiped the knife off w/​this very damp paper towel covered in all kinds of sauces and other ingredients and was had been in their discard area. I was completely grossed out.

We wanted a quick bite on our first night in Hawaii since we were delayed and arrived later than scheduled. The sandwhich maker was very accommodating and friendly. Typically I wouldn’t review a fast food chain but she impressed me. Way to go subway! Be sure to ring the bell if you’re sandwich is made correctly!

Ordered online, paid online as there’s no option otherwise, received confirmation number of order, went into store to pick up, manager claims the order never came through, and then claims the way she understands it is that you order online and then have to get a refund from corporate and you have to pay cash in store?! What? Pretty sure the owner of this store has no idea how online ordering works with subway as I’ve ordered online from other Hawaii locations and this was certainly not the way it went! Rip off! I’ll be calling the bank for a refund of this fraudulent charge.

This place is definitely hit or miss but if you go in expecting to wait a long time you won’t be disappointed… it’s a Subway so don’t expect too much. Every time I go in here there’s an extremely rude person in front of me which makes me sad that people are so impatient and snarky to the poor girl trying to make the sandwiches (maybe it’s because it was my first job at 15 and I can empathize :)) Be nice people.

Always good for a quick and easy lunch or dinner. This location is short staffed but the people there seem very happy. Nice young man was very helpful and provided quick and pleasant service. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Subway is almost always very consistent.

Worst subway go to any other on island. The customer service is the worst of all kind here!

Went back again to see if the service improved. Nope! Messed our sandwiches up this time. Will not be going back to this location.

Nothing too sexy about Subway but if you are looking for a good sub and a cool little porch to eat on in a hurry, this is a great spot.

We came here last week for a quick lunch and first thing I notice they don’t have
Their own bathroom, you have to go to BALE Sandwiches to get a key to the bathroom
In which forces us to buy something there too, just for being nice to let us use their bathroom. The Sandwich here in subway is just the typical Subway sandwiches, the people here are Cheerful, and the place is clean. My Over all experience was okay.
