Awesome place for unique gifts. Reasonable priced items from local artists. Loved the glass work by C Moore. His work is beautiful and priced very well. This is a great alternative to touristy gift shops.

Évaluation du lieu : 5 Alameda, CA
Unique Boutique of Maui is currently the name of the business formerly known as Turtle Town. I decided to stop in here before returning home to Alameda, CA. I’m elated that I did because this was the one last business at 61 South Kihei Road that I hadn’t patronized. I believe in spreading my wealth at this little spot before heading in/out of Kihei. I was immediately greeted by a very friendly employee, Paula, who was informative when I asked what photos I can take for posting on this website and FB. There were rules to be followed as to what was allowed and what was not allowed. I have an obligation to respect the business, as about half of the merchandise was on consignment and created by local artists. The store has custom made jewelry, beautiful artwork, colorful tops and tees, all natural doggie treats, plush animals(bought myself a plush purple turtle)…just almost anything for everybody. Overall, 61 South Kihei Road was our favorite hangout — Farmers Market of Maui, ABC Store, Sugar Beach Bake Shop, Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice and Unique Boutique of Maui. Farmers Market of Maui: fresh Maui Gold pineapples; ABC Store: over $ 100 in purchases(a free mug); Sugar Beach Bake Shop: malasadas, lilikoi key lime pie and coconut cream pie; Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice: a micro sized shave ice with coconut ice cream and topped with pineapple, passion fruit and mango syrups… tropical and ono; Unique Boutique of Maui: Paula, it’s purple and gold, honey! Mahalo nui.
