Save your money and don’t be fooled by the newest craze«infusion». It was more like confusion! We had the shrimp ceviche, which consisted of frozen shrimp, cilantro, lemon and onion with a little bit of the water that the shrimp was cooked in. No tomato. We also had the baked chips which was fried flour tortilla with hummus, goat cheese and a slice of tomato. I realize they just opened but the food should at least taste good and reflect the theme of the restaurant. There was nothing about this restaurant that was Latin or island cuisine.
