Kauai Tent really made my wedding feel elegant and special! Jackie was wonderful and very patient with me as i switched around my order several times. Everything was set up fast & efficiently! I was also upgraded to the chivari chairs, which were awesome! I can’t thank Jackie & Kauai Tent enough for making my wedding look elegant and not causing me any extra stress on my wedding day! Definitely recommend them to any looking for party rentals :)

This company was very difficult to deal with, but I finally did recieve a partial refund from them. I take back my former 1 star rating. Businesses take advantage of people everyday. Whether its unreasonable contracts signed by less informed young ladies, greed, dishonesty, whatever it was. More respect should be given to the customer and more care put into the customer relationship. Business ethics is about doing the right thing and maintaining a positive repore with your cusomer base. Buyer beware here.
