Pilates Kauai

I can’t say enough about Pilates Kauai. I’ve been going to Laurie and her incredible teachers, Nicole and Michelle, for the last couple of years. Once I book our airline tix, getting my schedule for classes, is the next thing I do.
After a recent hip replacement, I couldn’t wait to get back to Kauai and Pilates. I knew I wouldn’t be able to put myself back in classes right away, so my private sessions were set with Nicole. She is calming, extremely knowledge, experienced and cautious, yet really works me out. In the two weeks, that I’ve been here, there has been a marked improvement in my mobility and flexibility. And I have another month to go before I have to leave.
If you are just starting Pilates, or have been doing it for years, Pilates Kauai is a beautiful, special place nestled up near the mountains, with wonderful, lovely teachers.

Nestled against the magical beauty of Kalihiwai Ridge, I often feel my breathing soften as I drive to Pilates Kauai studio. This peaceful feeling continues under the loving care of the owner, Laurie, and her primary teachers, Nicole and Michelle. The studio is run with a gracious integrity, the equipment is top notch and the classes and sessions (which I have attended for several years) somehow simultaneously challenge and nourish me every time.

Absolutely stunning location, relatively competitive rates, and a well trained staff.
I just happened upon this place and have been going for the last 6 months. While I am not well versed in all the different methods of Pilates, I can say that this one works for me. I tried Pilates mat a few years ago and strained my back, but the well trained and professional staff here work diligently to make sure that you are safe and in correct form. I have worked with both Laurie (owner) and Nicole and love them both. They work hard to accommodate my schedule. The studio & machines are in pristine condition and perfect working order.
I really can’t say enough positive about this place. Come give it a try, I am sure you will LOVE it!
