Sue was great! She knows all about every mattress in the store. I knew I wanted a firm mattress and she showed them all to me and explained the structure of every one. My daughter needed mattresses for her kids and Sue was very helpful with her selection also. All in all shopping for a mattress was a GOOD experience — not the tedious one expected.

The Indian saleswoman here was the worst and completely turned me off from here.(I myself am a minority — this is in no way a reflection of race) I would say her name but she never introduced herself — definitely wasn’t a «people person». I told her my budget and she completely ignored it saying things like«it’s only $ 100 or $ 200 more /it’s an investment /over 10 years that isn’t much /why don’t you just finance…» I kept trying to tell her that I have a specific budget and she basically told me that I wasn’t going to get a great mattress for that price. She would say things like«I always tell people to get this mattress» — of course you do lady, bc it’s more expensive! She wasn’t knowledgeable at all. She didn’t explain the different mattress types /different coil structures etc… she would just say what was«good» or «better». I think she also assumed my boyfriend was my dad and was saying how«I’m a growing girl» and how I should get a larger mattress. I was the one buying, not him. And I haven’t grown in over 10 years but thanks for assuming I’m a child. Overall she had a bad attitude, didn’t respect my needs or budget, was rude and couldn’t answer my questions with knowledge so we left. Plus her daughter was there eating dinner with her and she seemed upset that we came in the store and disputed that. It seemed weird with just us in the store and her daughter just waiting around like she was waiting for us to leave our be done. Maybe other salespeople are different but I wouldn’t go back to this store to find out.
