We were pulling our travel trailer to our farm when (about 20 minutes before sundown) we noticed that the running lights on the trailer were not working.
We stopped at this store to find help figuring out why. Marc came outside to take a look. He had us fixed and out of there in 5 minutes. It was a fuse and not only did he not charge us but he gave us an extra one just in case!
Stellar customer service! I will absolutely come here again. Give Marc a raise!

Excellent service! My boss (Colonel USA) had a bad battery and had to get a jump in order to start her minivan to get to work. I told her to drive directly to Advance Auto to get a new battery instead of coming in to the office. While she was on the way there I called ahead to make sure the had a battery in stock for her vehicle, which they did. I also asked them to change the battery for her as soon as she got there because she had only a few minutes before an important meeting she had to attend. They got her taken care of and she was able to make it to her obligation. Thanks very much for a job well done.

Very poor service. Stood in line for 20 minutes to get some help in getting a filter. Then they told me to go look in a book at the back of the store. I am old and not familiar with these things. Just ended up leaving. Went to another parts store and they helped me right away. Very disappointed.

I came in 2 weeks ago w a headlight blown around 8pm and the 2 guys went beyond to help me out. One of the guys name starts w a L even tho he accidentally hit his head 2 times w the corner of my hood he was very professional and did a great job on my Mitsubishi eclipse. Thank you again! I made it home safely to my final destination ;)
