went thru the drive thru and my experience was great! the drive thru person was friendly! she asked me if I wanted any sauces as she was giving me my drink and when my order came out as she handed it to me she thanked me and addressed me by my name! you hardly hear that from any fast food place! my food was delicious and although it was a little pricey it was kinda worth it!

I felt compelled to write a review for this Arby’s. The lady up front was so friendly. She was super nice to my kids and the place was really clean. My food was as ordered. I’ll come back again just for the pleasant employees.

The lady before me got her order and was asked if she’d like sauce. She did and he gave it to her. I was asked if I’d like some sauce. I said, «Sure, cheese please» and was told OK but I will charge you for it. Hmmm, «well alright how much will you charge me?» He proceeded to tell me 30¢ when I went to pay him I gave him a 50¢ piece. He then said he needed more change as it was now 54¢. Ok, maybe some sauces are free and others keep going up in price. I opted out. The sandwich tasted good but the beef was gray. I was a bit worried that it had been out to long. I normally love Arby’s I guess it was just this one or a bad day.

I have never reviewed a fast food restaurant but I felt compelled to after visiting this Arby’s. The employees go above and beyond(another customer brought up a sandwich that their child dropped on the ground and the employee replaced it AND added cheese free of charge) and they are incredibly kind every time I’ve eaten here. Both staff, even the one not waiting on me, wished me a Happy New Year and I even received an extra order of onion rings for free(they said they had extra). The food is good… the employees are extra nice… I’m beyond impressed!

This is the absolute worst fast food establishment zi have ever eaten at. The store personnel are beyond rude when you can’t hear them through their junky drive thru speaker. I love Arbys roast beef but I will never spend another dime at any Arbys over the way I was treated at that location.

I really want to be happy with this place because it’s right in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, it’s just not gonna happen. I’ve given them several chances but, unfortunately, this particular Arby’s is just not up to the standard that I am accustomed to from Arby’s. I was there 2 weeks ago, kicking myself for forgetting the coupon that I had cut out of the paper, because they are way too expensive for someone like me on Social Security, without a coupon. Sadly, I really needed that Beef & Cheddar. My order is always the same so I also had to have my jamoca shake. When she handed me the shake, I knew to try it before leaving the drive-though. Waiting to taste it until I got home would run the risk of having to go back when the order is wrong. Of course, it was chocolate. I let the young lady working the drive through know that the shake was chocolate to which she replied, «No», that’s Jamoca. I told her that I was sorry but that, no, this was chocolate. She said, «Jamoca is coffee and chocolate. It’s all in one thing,» to which I replied, «Hon, I have been drinking Jamoca shakes since I was old enough to drive myself to Arby’s to get one and I know what they taste like». She simply said, «it’s Jamoca.» She never once said that she was sorry, offer to remake it, etc. She refused to taste it or offer ANY way to make her customer happy. Which believe me… now…I am NOT happy. Needless to say, I’m not going back. Sad to say, this young lady does not have any pride in her job and should be fired. I don’t care where you work, be proud of the job that you do and earn every penny that they pay you.

I have been to Arby’s drive thru and the speaker is awful! I ordered a large meal and received a regular. When I said it should be a large the employee argued with me! I returned again and went into dining room and the drink machine in dining area was broken! I ordered a turkey gyro and large peach tea and large unsweetened tea! Paid my bill as they were making it I was told they were out of gyro sauce did I want a different sauce! Than I was told they didn’t have peach tea! I’m not really a complainer however I do not think the service is accommodating! I do like the food but not really sure that it’s worth the time!

Incredibly slow. I was the only person in the store and waited a few minutes to even be asked what I wanted. When I finally ordered(I ordered to go) I sat down and waited for my food. I waited and waited and waited some more. I looked at my phone and saw that 15 minutes had gone by. A woman had entered the store and ordered some drink with caramel in it. She began to complain about how she was going to be late for work. She eventually got her drink and left. A couple came in as well and stood at the counter for a minute or two and then left due to the lack of service. I finally got my sandwich 20 minutes after I ordered it. The guy that handed me my food asked if I wanted any sauces. I turned him down because I didn’t want to wait 10 minutes just for sauce.

Can’t give zero stars. Rude. Rude. Rude. If the hours for the dining room are until 10. Do not lock the doors at 8:40 to ignore customers. Update the hours on the door and be courteous and say drive-thru only. Being loud and belligerent only be littles the establishment. Not only will I not be returning to that location ever again, it behooves retraining several employees on customer service. I understand respect is to be earned, not given. This Arby’s has failed to gain any.

I’ve been here many times… And everytime they are out of something… Lettuce… Cheese… Bread… coke…one day they run out of roast beef and be screwed! I think Arby’s is expensive as hell– so I just go to subway now. Fix your speed or lack there of, of service, replenish stock on a good schedule and I’ll try again.
