After reading the 1st review we will not be going there to get our tuxedo. It’s sad to hear that some people do not care at all about the customers. If they would take care of there customers they would be in a way better place! With out customers you will not stay open, and they wonder why there slow! I can tell you!!! We will be looking for another place to find my sons tuxedo!!! Thanks for your review!!!

THISPLACEWASABSOLUTELYHORRIBLE! Our experience was horrible from the beginning to the day of the wedding. Bride’s Request & More was unorganized, unprofessional, and had no sense of any customer service. On more than one occasion was the store not open during store hours because«they were slow». The two sales associates that assisted our bridal party was not able to communicate with each other therefore unless the sales associate who took our measurements was in the store, we were unable to get any information regarding our dresses. I(the Maid of Honor) attempted to place a down payment on my dress in April(for the August wedding) because I had no confidence that the dress would be ordered correctly. Due to miscommunication on their end they were not able to accept my payment until May and as I predicted, the dress was wrong and it did not get there until a week before the wedding. I was informed that I would not be able to get the correct one because it would take 5 weeks to get there(which I later found out was false information) .One of our bridesmaid dresses did not fit at all, it was literally falling off her body, and the sales associate told her that they would not be able to order her a new. This store did not have a seamstress on sight or available at all to do alterations. The owner of the store was never available. We were told that she was often out of town and unable to reached. We found out that was not true. We had to find her cell phone number through an outside source in order to get any of our problems corrected(a week before the wedding). After meeting with her she was able to get my dress reordered however could not find a seamstress to do the alterations for the other bridesmaids dress. Through all of this chaos, we were never offered a discount for all of the mistakes. We were offered absolutely no compensation for the horrific service we received. On the day of the wedding however, one bridesmaid(who’s dress did not fit and had to pay for her own alterations) owed the balance of her dress to the store. The owner of the shop came up to the church and threatened to shut the wedding down until she received her money. She harassed all of the members of the wedding party(including me who paid my balance). Her actions were unacceptable, her staff was unprofessional, and I would ENCOURAGE all who are looking for dresses and wedding services to look into a different business.
